Nurses are encouraged to adopt some strategies related to health care in order to cope with challenges such as their inabilities to offer adequate care. They are advised to cooperate amongst themselves, and this will enable them to effectively does their works. Also, they should find methods of improving the health care of their patients, for instance, the use of appropriate ways to deliver their services. They should also award families who are participating in the act of offering care to the ill-people, and this will motivate them to perform their duties to their level best. Moreover, nurses should adopt techniques such as educating people on how to provide care to sick people in their different societies.
Conclusion
As far as communication is concerned, men and women differ in various ways. Men have less ability to express themselves as compared to women. This is because women have the potential to master verbal communication skills, unlike men, who are slow when it comes to getting access to communication skills (Xia, 2013). (Also, men like communicating in terms of actions whereas women prefer talking. The differences that are usually witnessed among the two sexes when it comes to communication also undermine their moral behaviors. An example is a situation whereby men are not able to control their anger when engaged in a conflict hence causing harm. Also, these differences are normally fixed since they are acquired during birth and transmitted to the lifetime of a person.
