In the healthcare facility, awareness and the need for better management systems and process has significantly taken its roots. Currently, almost every leader in the healthcare is keen to becoming familiar how their institution can achieve it in practice. One of the factors which have been significantly contributing to the success of the healthcare facility has been effective management. This is the holistic approach to the management of the physicians, nurses, technicians and any other persons who are deemed relevant in a health facility.

For the success of any healthcare management, any health organization should be able to ground their management process in the following three basic areas; align, enable and improve. For the aligning element, leaders should be able to articulate a vision of the health facility. To achieve the vision set, they should be a blue to pinpoint some of the essential matrices and be able to effectively communicate the direction of achieving them on a regular basis. In most instances, this kind of alignment will be driven by the frontline workers in the organization. The top leadership should, therefore, ensure that they do not micromanage the work of the employees.

For the element of enabling, healthcare leaders should be able to visit the work areas to gain insights into some of the daily tasks and challenges. Through, this element, they will be able to energize their personnel to overcome and barriers in relation. They should be as well able to embrace failures as part of their learning experiences and help them in celebrating success as well. For the element of improve, leaders in health care setup should be able to continually learn by listening. Also, they should be able to see and also translate observations as well as empowering the front line teams to develop new care models that are aimed at improving the patient experience.

The overall objective of the management in a healthcare setup is to achieve maximum patient experience. By achieving this objective, it means that the organization is eschewing top-down objectives and instead empowering the frontline caregivers to give patients what they value. This way, they can improve the daily functioning of the health care system.

One of the important personnel needed in the healthcare facility is the managers. In the facility, managers will be required to jungle aided variety of responsibilities. They will be required to plan, direct and in most case s managers will be required to coordinate avidity of practices. As explode by Ginter,(2018), the managers must be able to oversee departments as well as all the groups in the departments. Some of the useful skill that manager should have included; first, they should be a good communicator as well as individuals who can solve complex problems and be able to make both quick and efficient diction in the facility. Secondly, the manager should be able to collaborate with other department heads. Third, they should be able to find qualified talent in the facility. Finally, they should be individuals who are good at budgeting and management of finance.

In conclusion, managers should be responsible and should be individuals who are willing to go an extra mile in ensuring that the quality facility is being maintained at all time in the healthcare facility. An s such; managers tend to hold an important role in the healthcare industry. With the collaboration with other stakeholders, the manager can achieve the goal of the healthcare facility.
