Introduction
Nature allows room for a unique identity for each creature. Human beings have different physical, mental as well as social characteristics. The knowledge about this is essential in medicine since the selection of a dose for a particular individual depends on several factors. Before administering or recommending an amount for someone, there is a need to have a history of the previous drug reactions in the body. Suppose no existing record, the specialist needs to establish the vulnerability of drug effects in the body. In the same way, there is a need to develop the current medication. This need to be done alongside the identification of other conditions of the client like the impairments.
Clinical Judgement
Ambiguity is associated with the term clinical judgement. The term must be accompanied by reasoning and critical thinking. The administrators are, therefore compelled to apply reliable and valid methods in the identification of the problem as described by the patient. Through this, they will be able to diagnose the patient accordingly and avoid severe drug effects. It should be noted that goodwill should be the primary goal or the objective of the therapist. Through the knowledge of the various methods of setting the plan, the practitioners need to aim positivity for the patient. At this point, the best treatment is given in consideration of the available alternatives that can save on cost.
The therapists need to engage the client in educating them. This enables patients with chronic illnesses to manage themselves in favourable conditions to save on the expenses. This needs to be a role in clinical judgement. However, some therapists are not equipped with the skills to train the patients and thereby leading to ineffectiveness in the treatment process.
Effectiveness should be the goal of each medical practitioner. However, this may remain in fantasy but not realized. This is because some of the therapists are not sensitive to the minor changes that may emerge from the treatment process. To begin with, the practitioners need to identify the effectiveness in the savings to the client. There are incidences where the patients may portray resistance to drugs, and it is the role of the therapists to consider revisiting of the method of treatment adopted or the dose administered. However, if well selected, the results are encouraging in most incidences.
Conclusion
There is a wide range of medicine that can be applied in health facilities. However, there must be a specification where a specific drug may be used. There should be a formulation of a list of only the essential medicines based on several factors. To begin with, the relevance of the drug. This is where the specialists identify the pattern of the disease. The drug also needs to prove efficacy and safety to the client. This will guarantee users effectiveness. The medication needs to be sensitive to the pharmaceutical properties that are recommended by the management. This means that the drug must have essential scientific information that has been researched on adequately.
The acceptance of the medicine list needs to be verified by consultation with the researchers, specialists, educational institutes and other relevant stakeholders. Maintainance of the authority will be ensured by regularly updating the list in an open and transparent system. Maintenance of the legacy will enable the medicines to be applied anywhere across the globe both in the public and private sectors.
