Cross-sectional analysis method was used in this article to identify the relationship between depression and use of condoms during sexual acts among HIV seropositive patients. They found out that depression was the leading factor associated with non-utilization of condoms behavior among men with heterosexual characteristics and grossly absent in the same category of women. This, therefore, prompted the need to anticipate changes in sexual behaviors among patients presenting with symptoms of depression.
