As an accepted student, you are required to read through the enclosed forms keenly. The materials outline the steps and actions needed to prepare for your enrollment/admission at the VCUarts-Qatar. Some steps require you to know complete your student ID processing. Your Registration ID number is A02-0490/2018. You shall be informed regarding the collection of ready IDs at the end of June 2018. The requirements and where to obtain them can be accessed through the university's website link www.qatar.vcu.edu/new-students. The website details the steps and formalities, application of on-campus rooms (if interested), tuition and housing payment, VCUarts-Qatar ID application, retrieval of the ID card user manual, laptop requirements, information for all international students, and activation of your VCU email address (once you have your VCU ID number).
To reserve your place in the 2018/2019 class, please remit the enrollment deposit of $340 using the university's accounts details. It is important to know that the tuition and fees are charged after every semester/term. The fees charged must be paid off every semester. Any funding support from financial aid bursaries, loans, and scholarships offsets the cost of tuition.
The official VCUarts-Qatar admission letter is a document that needs you to complete and submit back to the university, indicating you have been offered an opportunity for an academic degree program in the school. We encourage your immediate attention to the enrollment forms to ensure you secure a place in the VCUarts Qatar's Fall 2018 program.
