Introduction
Academic dishonesty is a significant factor that affects the regular operation of nursing enrollment in our current society. There are several cheating forms that affect the process of particular nursing activities in the community from one perspective. Some types of dishonesty cheating forms include the use of cell phones, plagiarism of the academic work from other sources, signing of the honor code prior to testing, and changing of one's culture in the environment (Singh et al., 2016). There are several ways on which academic dishonesty can be controlled in the institution. Some of the ways in which academic dishonesty can be controlled include reporting any cases to the head of the nurse's department in the institution, banning the use of cell phones, signing of honor code prior testing, and allowing the use of plagiarism apps using a positive response in the learning environment where there is equality to all the members of the public (Singh et al., 2016).The best action that is most suitable to be done while addressing and protecting the rights of the students in the institution includes providing necessary academic aids for the disabled students, and allow the students to use modern forms of learning aids. The nurses also should undergo a counseling session where the disable nurses will give their own opinion and idea on the challenges they encountered. The accused nurses' students will not be disclosed in order to protect their image and reputation. According to how the issue was addressed, it has specific challenges and positivity to the academic nursing students with disabilities (Singh et al., 2016). There are additional steps that the matter should have taken before it is officially addressed. The disable nurses should be placed into thorough sessions and questioned why they are engaging in the dishonesty activity. After the nursing board team has acquired the reason causing dishonesty, then they will put various measures in controlling the issues.
Disability in any other profession plays an essential role in determining the skills and professionalism an individual is ready to offer. In the case of Danielle's situation, personally, I will ensure that I support her and encourage her to achieve her goals and beliefs in her nursing career. As a faculty leader, I will ensure that Danielle receives all the materials she requires while operating her duties in healthcare. Danielle will be in a position to be treated equally with other staff members without discrimination and favors (Singh et al., 2016). With this environment, Danielle will be free to offer the best of her abilities in the nursing profession. On some occasions, I will often use praising words in acknowledging the skills and capabilities of the nurse in society. In this manner, Danielle will feel to be loved and cared for in her new nursing family. When someone discouraged and hurt Danielle, I will ensure that she receives comfort and love as ant another ordinary person in the faculty.
There also will be rewards and prizes to Danielle as she effectively completes her tasks. Offering her the bonuses and rewards is another way of encouraging Danielle to be part and parcel of our organizational team. The other important measure that I will take is to show Danielle that I care by learning about her family, friends, fears, dreams, and challenges in life. As a faculty leader, I will ensure that Danielle's activities are well cared for while addressing her issues. The use of verbal motivational words such as "I believe in you" are some of the mechanisms that I will deploy in motivating Danielle (Singh et al., 2016). Whenever Danielle completes her task, I will drive her by saying that to her in the health faculty. I will also share with the other nursing faculty team members on the successful future Danielle has in her field of study. While addressing the members of the public, I will ensure that I praise her and say positive things about her skills and abilities. Lastly, I will trust Danielle with more tasks and responsibilities to handle the nursing faculty structure.
