Some of the questions that Ray should consider are: give an example of an engineering challenge situation and how you addressed it. How can you handle difficult clients when faced with them? How can you apply analytical problems in solving some common problems such as an increase in the cost of production in the company? What makes you stand out from other applicants?

If the property were larger than that of Ray, the interview questions would concentrate on a larger environment. The questions would help establish how the candidates would contribute to the sustainability of the business as well as increasing productivity at lower costs. Since the business would be operating at a large business, then the questions would involve how the applicant would improve in the company so that it can be more competitive. Other questions would concentrate on sustainable production methods such as emergency efficiency, implementation of effective technology and maintenance of equipment.

If the business were smaller than 600-room property, the scope of the questions would also be reduced. The questions would concentrate on daily problems such as repairing and maintenance of the facility equipment, ensuring satisfaction of the clients, and productivity enhancement.
