Introduction

The HR department should also embrace technology by employing tech-savvy employees who will help the organization in achieving its goals. When the workplace uses technology, the employees’ workload is reduced, therefore giving them more time to concentrate on the excellence of their final products, this way, organizations can achieve higher levels of the set goals. Diversity in the recruitment process will foster acceptance of others in the workplace, and this will improve the quality of output presented in the organization (VantageCircle, 2020). The workplace should also be set in a manner that encourages a healthy balance of work-life interactions, in that the HR department offers the possibility of the employees being functional in their personal lives without their work lives complicating the situations. This way, the employees will be more effective in their work since they will not have hang-ups from their personal lives coming into their expected duties. This will ensure that the employees will provide maximum output in their duties, thus propelling the organization towards achieving their set goals.

Through the article, I have been able to recognize the critical role that the human resources department plays in the advancement of the organization. The human resource department has to set the workplace environment. Therefore If they set the workplace environments positively, then the employees of the organization will be able to perform better in their given duties. If the environments are positive and fir the needs of the employees in them, the organization will successfully increase the possibility of the employees performing well in their duties, and this will mean that the organization meets its set goals. Furthermore, when work environments are improved, then the possibility of managers coming up with improved action plans that will help in creating positive mindsets in the employees, which will further help in efficiency in achieving the set goals. I have also learned that the HR department must hire the right employees for the work environments that they have created, thus increasing the possibility of the said employees thriving in the settings, which will increase the efficiency of the employees towards helping the organizations achieve their set goals.
