Introduction
The transformative health system has decided to focus on leveraging the IT investments to improve the consumers’ access and also to promote the consumers' retention. Several strategic goals have been put in place by the THS to ensure that the clinically driven information systems were accessible across the integrated delivery system (Fox & Duggan, 2010). Similarly, there are several technical and non-technical resources required to launch consumer and provider applications. Therefore, the THS can start a new consumer brand referred to as the transformative health system care 2U. The system is an inclusive consumer shareholder strategy that focuses on the individual's consumers in the society and also the administrative stuff.
THS Care2U brand strategy is created in the concept of improving the relationship between all the shareholders and the ability to support the most optimal delivery of care solutions. According to Free et al. (2013), to maintain business and management team balancing, the strategic overview is to be conducted by both the operational and financial personnel, which will provide the reality of the organization. The development of strategic requirements has put in place points that focus on the processes of evaluating and adjusting the IT objectives to meet the organization's vital wants. The IT strategic plans are advisable to be revisited more frequently, and an immediate update is required to help in reflecting the history of the progress and as well as the implementation of new goals.
Based on the specific implementation and requirement, the committee has several issues. Still, fundamental structure and the outlined problems have been and continue to be utilized to guide the individuals in the creation of an appropriate committee structure. Improving communication skills (non-technical resource) between the providers and consumers also promotes guidance during the design process of IT strategic plans (Fox & Duggan, 2010). Data analysis techniques and conventional operating systems (technical resources) are also vital for an efficient establishment of this mobile IT provider application. For a particular business to accomplish their goals, they must ensure that they implement an object-oriented approach that will provide consistent structure while giving for significant changes in the technology over time. This will promote consultation services and ease of service delivery in the THS hospital.
