The evaluation of a program is done before, during and after the designation of the program hence ensuring its shaping to suit the intended purpose. For the enhancement of critical analysis of the program, analytical questions regarding the process, impacts and the outcomes of the intended program are keenly formulated in a drive to find the extent, type, and nature of its strengths and weaknesses. The concerned stakeholders will then be able, using the available data, to make the appropriate realignments of the program aimed at crippling the weaknesses and capitalizing on the strengths, hence boosting the operability scale and chances of the prosperity of the program at hand (Bartholomew, E. Why is the number of the youth likely impacted by the promotion in the proposed estimation? Moreover, to what extent regarding the time frame will the health promotion exercise remain in effect in the target group?
