Illnesses related to diet leads to health issues as while as increasing the cost of living. It's the duty of medical practitioners to advice people on healthy living as well as overall health issues. If one adopts healthy lifestyle chronic diseases caused by an inferior deity are preventable. All people from the early ages should highly consider health and lifestyle because unhealthy lifestyle has an impact in the older stages of life. Unhealthy foods eaten by people affect a healthy lifestyle. If the person practices odd eating habits its leads to health risks such as diseases (Schwartz 786-807). Guidelines were put in place to ensure the wellness and health of America citizen were being looked into. One of the important instructions one should have is following a specific pattern through the lifespan. All the beverages and foods that one chooses matters. It's important to pick a healthy eating pattern which has achieved a correct calorie level. Appropriate calorie level helps the body to maintain and achieve proper body weight, required nutritional level in the body and reduces the risk of one getting chronic diseases. It's essential for one to incorporate the following in their diet, vegetable varieties from all subgroups, fruits, grains, fat-free or low fat, the array of proteins and oils (Krauss et al. 1785-1800). Also, there are healthy eating patterns which include less 10% of calories from saturated fats per day, less 10% of calories from sugars per day and less than 2300 mg from sodium per day. Many people don't understand that taking unhealthy foods will have impacts on their health in the future.
It's important for people to shift to more healthy beverage and food choices. Some eating habits culture such as taking more of snacks may lead to an unhealthy lifestyle. It's important for people to understand and be able to read the labels concerning the number of sugars and starch to be consumed is essential. Many people don't know the quantity they are supposed to take per day? If we make people understand the amount they are supposed to assume they can shift from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle (Krauss et al. 1785-1800). It's important for people to focus on the amount, nutrient density and variety. For one to get to meet the calorie limit required it's good for an individual to select a range of various food with much nutrients across and in most categories of food and according to the recommended guidelines.
One of the weaknesses of these guidelines is that the government writes the instructions based on the science but not considering the needs of individual citizens. According to the recommendations all citizens are recommended to reduce the intake of cholesterol and fat from animal products which include eggs, whole milk, meat, and butter but instead take ore of cereals grains fruits, fruits, and vegetables (Schwartz et al. 786-807). But replacing fat and sugars and starches lead to compensate for flavours in foods which leads to an increase in the rate of obesity and diseases such as diabetes. Medical practitioners are suitable for addressing the issues about health. This will help people to change their lifestyle by either adding or reducing what they take in their diet. This will encourage a positive lifestyle as it will reduce diseases as well as reduce health risks caused by lifestyle issues. It's also essential for people to understand what they take as this help to increase lifespan.
