Physiological Process

Physiology is the scientific study of body functioning. Physiological process refers to a process in the body that is controlled by feedback loops. The presence or absence of the substances in the body is back fed into the system that gives it forth, turning production on or off to maintain an appropriate level of the very substance in the body. The physiological response to body exercise is solely dependent on frequency, intensity and the duration of the exercise as well as the factors of the environment. When the physical process is in progress, oxygen requirement and the substrate is increased in the skeletal muscle as the removal of metabolic waste and carbon dioxide is set in progress. Thermal, chemical and mechanical stimuli bring alterations in metabolic, cardiovascular function to meet the high demands. In other words, proper and normal body functioning promotes proper exercising.

Social Processes

It is a process that describes how people and groups come together through interactions, adjust and readjust as they establish different relationships and the behavioral pattern which may be modified through interactions that are socially based. Physical activity is significantly increased by social interactions and exercise. When people are interacting are more likely to engage in exercise not just exercise but good exercises that maximumly utilize the available time.

Emotional process

Emotional processing refers to the ability of different individuals to process stress and other related extreme events and have them move past them. It allows special feelings which may seem intense and sometimes disappear after a period. Emotions play a role that is fundamental in the general exercise performance. A young individual who is emotionally disturbed will have an underperform in his/her exercise life, unlike that individual who is free from emotional disturbance.

Observation and Interview

Observation

I was engaged in a participant kind of session. It involved engaging pupils as I observed them exercise. This is the kind of a session that is characterized by the fact that individuals being observed are aware that the observer is present to collect a specific behavior about them. The individual exercise sessions included briss walking and jogging, running, squatting, standing on one foot, heal to toe walk, press up and sit-ups, and finally shoulder and upper arm stretch. All these ranges of exercises were done one at a time. The pupils under observation would not have done all these types of exercises for thirty minutes if no motivation was administered. In the process of exercising, I ensured that I apply appropriate motivation techniques that would keep pupils exercising. Some of them included: I promised to reward them (a fizzy drink) after they were through with exercising and I also organized some break in between that would entail singing one common song before transiting to the next type of exercise. Modifications involved reducing the pressure on their knees by replacing squats with wall squats and jump squats with floor steps at the same time improvising the available items of clothing to act as a spongy material that kept them from injury as they do press ups and sit ups. There was also warming up, session of cooling down and conditioning phases as part of modification employed. The special requirement demanded that those who were to involve themselves in the exercise were to be well regarding body wellness and healthwise. It also required that everyone who would involve himself/herself in the exercise had to be in a game skit and sports shoes. Special consideration went to those who had fractures, sprains, and injury. Those in the category of special consideration were not allowed to participate in the exercise.

All those who were sick were not allowed to participate in the exercise. It was strictly for those who knew they were well according to them. The session was just wow! It was so engaging and indeed an interactive session. It was joy observing how young boys and girls were determined to engage some of the exercise types that they had never done before. It was at the same time interesting to recognize that many of those young individuals were very much willing to participate and that the fact that they enjoyed it to that great extent, it means they would love to be doing it every day. A session that brought about face to face engagement with pupils gave me ample time and a new perspective of how I viewed children of that age. I got a new perspective who they are and what they need in their everyday life to stay happy. It was wonderful thing training young children how to exercise from the observation; they were looking bright and joyous after the intensive exercises. This was especially after they had been introduced to a new way of working out apart from just that which they were used to either at home or school.

Interview

The trainer is known by the name lude par senior. He particularly offers training services to pupils and students. He does it as a part-time job, and he is usually available anytime he is needed as long it is not between working hours.
