In line with the missions and visions of Qatar Chemical company of being the premier producer of petrochemicals in its respective markets and to meet and exceed the expectations of the customers, shareholders, employees and community, my role as public relations manager is vital in the achievement of the vision, mission and goals of this company. The company aims to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, employee commitment, community partnership and superior financial return. As the Public Relations manager, I will bridge the link between the company and the community or its customers. Therefore, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and community partnership will be my primary areas of focus. In this regard, given a chance to be the Public relation officer of Qatar Chemicals, I will change and add some ideas to improve the operations of the company. Method

In order to safeguard the positive image of Qatar Chemicals, I will design and implement policies and regulations, procedures and strategies which will display the commitment of Qatar to the public. It will help in safeguarding the reputation and the image of Qatar Chemicals. Many people spend much time on social networking platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. These would be avenues to promote the right image and reputation of the company. In this regard, as the Public relations officer, I will create, monitor and manage a Facebook page, Twitter handles and Instagram page for Qatar Chemicals. I have strong abilities in these platforms. I will, therefore, use creative messages to reach out to audiences, informative photography, videos, and catchy correspondence to convey the message.

I will also use bulk image marketing to enable customers to subscribe to the email alerts from Qatar Chemical. These alerts will contain information on new products, their prices, updates on the company's products and so forth. I will send the email newsletter on a monthly basis to the subscribers.

I will ensure that the company actively takes part in giving back to the society through the corporate social responsibility. I will, therefore, come up with annual plans for the company's social activities that will help the company give back to the community. These will be tree planting, advocacy on environmental conservation, donations, organizing fun days for kids and families among others.

Being that I can fluently speak the Arabic language, as the Public Relations officer, I will freely teach the Arabic language to non-speakers within the company. The people widely speak the Arabic language in Qatar. Knowledge of this language is therefore essential because it will help in communication.

I am talented in controlling events and a good master of ceremony. In this regard, I can play the role of an MC the events that I will have organized as Public relations manager. It will cut costs of hiring an MC. I will also reduce the costs of operations of the company by proper planning and budgeting. I am useful in making animations. Advertisements for the company can use the animations that I will have made

I will also evaluate opportunities for partnerships with other companies which are strictly related to what Qatar Chemicals does. I will also enhance the relationship with existing partners such as Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company, Qatar Petroleum, and Chevron Philips Chemical Company LLC. Also, I am also a certified and qualified Public relations professional. I possess excellent communication skills. I will, therefore, train communication skills to the staff if the need arises.

Conclusion

In conclusion, if I get the chance to work with Qatar Company and the above ideas are implemented, the company will experience drastic and immense growth in its profits. The fact behind this will be the relationship with the customers and the public at large shall have been improved, and more people will be impressed by the activities of the company.
