Stress is a typical occurrence in everyday life. People manage stress in a variety of ways. One of my favorite techniques of managing stress is walking through nature, which gives me a feeling of relaxation. Therefore, this paper will discuss my nature escapades, particularly during my stressful days.
Waterfalls are one of nature's constituents that provide me with a relaxation feeling. On most occasions, I enjoy sitting on a rock beside the waterfall, listening to the sounds of the water as it flows down the cliff. I often visit a small waterfall within my neighborhood, which I refer to as, "My Magical Waterfall." The splendid beauty of the falls as they gently flow down the rocks provides an exciting feeling. The waterfall appears blue as it gushes over the rocks. The fall forms a beautiful and serene pool at the bottom.
Further, the water is clean and pure as it swiftly flows over the weathered rocks and the thick moss on the rocks. The scene, coupled up with the relaxation feelings symbolizes the purity of nature. It shows the enjoyment and beauty of nature. The air is often moist and damp. The waterfall surroundings are some trees that contribute in cooling the atmosphere. One of the things that I love about waterfall is that the sound of the water is all that one can hear. The water makes a beautiful noise that relieves and alleviates me of any form of stress. Also, the sounds of the frogs croaking add to the beautiful and relaxing noise at the area.
Green bushes surround the waterfall. Apart from the continued sounds of the waterfall, one can hear distant chirping and singing of birds as if they are creating a song. The sound of the waterfall and the noises from the birds appear to make a musical beat. The sound is often satisfying. Also, I usually enjoy the breeze from the fall and surrounding trees that gently touch my skin. Even in a hot sunny day, the place is cool due to the cold breeze from the falls and trees. Hence, the fall also serves as a form of recreation, particularly in the hot days. The adventure at My Magical Waterfall is incomparable to the regular experiences in the cities. The feeling that I have at the fall has contributed immensely to my love for nature and the need for preserving it as well.
The tall and sturdy trees surrounding my magical waterfall have green leaves that give me a feeling of serenity. I often visit the fall alone, and I usually have peace with no reason to be afraid. Some trees have colorful pastel flowers that make the place bright as well. The delicate petals of the flowers depict the innocence and fragility of nature and play a substantial role in giving me a soothing feeling. The sky above on a hot sunny day is a blue landscape with few clouds. The sky seemingly invites me to enjoy and make sweet memories. I consider the place a form of paradise. Importantly, I visit the area often, not only when I am stressed but also when I need to make crucial decisions. The site eradicates my emptiness feelings and replaces them with peace and calmness. The whole area uplifts my sprits by connecting me with my inner soul. I would recommend it to an individual who wants to sit, fantasize, and enjoy the uniqueness of nature, peace, and serenity that is rare in the noisy and wild cities in the world today. The peace that one gets from the area is magical and unforgettable.
Conclusion
In summation, my magical waterfall is the place to be, particularly for relaxation and recreational purposes. The site is a stress-reliever for me due to the mix of beautiful sounds that appears to form a musical beat. Also, the area is surrounded by trees and flowers that add to the sweet smell. The calm atmosphere in the region due to the fall and the surrounding trees contribute to the relaxation and serenity feelings that one gets after visiting the place.
