Introduction
According to Erikson's grouping of persons, MR falls in the group of Ego Integrity vs. Despair stage. Like Erikson describes this last stage of life, MR has characteristics linked to this stage. This stage is evident, ranging from the health condition to personal living. First, her age depicts more as she is 69 years old, and she is a mother that is having a passion for having a good relationship with the family example, her daughter. Like most people in this stage, MR has ego integrity and is willing to make a mark concerning the interaction that she gives starting from the home, arrangement, working, and at church. This depicts more that MR is in the stage of socializing and serving others through the deaconess position. Despair and stagnation are portrayed in the current situation of MR as she cannot move, work, or have tome with the Baptist church associates. Erikson expresses this stage as an alternating urge of success and a return of failure and unproductivity. MR is unproductive and relies on her daughter- she fears having a bad old life and an unorganized death approach.
Social-Economic Orientation
From the available evidence, MR is an average abled woman who affords to socialize with people as a leader. The woman's economic ability is only stable for a current living as she cannot afford a personal doctor by herself. The society believes in quality healthcare and spends part of economic earning in hiring private doctors. However, at her old age, MR is overworking.
Cultural Orientation
The family and society related to MR live in a solemn setting where family ties are much bonded than friendship and communal ties; it is the normality of children intervening in their parent's care. However, there is evidence of poor old life care as MR does her housework normally. It is a tradition dispersed settlement of parents and grownup children.
Spiritual Orientation
The society that MR lives in is a Christian society where church duties are much prioritized over anything else. , MR is a having a great failure due to attendance to a seminary. The religious phenomenal in this society seems to be based on the old generation much than the younger ones. It is only MR that was to attend the seminary and not fellows like her daughter. Besides, at 69 years, the old lady being in the religious leadership means lack of committed younger generations in the church
Psychological Concerns
MR is prone to having a generalized anxiety disorder due to the stage in which she is through this disorder that patients feel fatigued, agitated, and tired. She expects to perfume better than the real outcome. This may lead to dissatisfaction and personal blaming. Living alone raises a psychological concern of depression. MR could be stressed by the life that she lives, and in any case, she may require aid from the daughter. She will have a tough time expressing herself. MR has an eating disorder. From the lab results and prescribed medicine, it is notable that MR has been feeding poorly, which is the cause of diabetes and mineral insufficiency attack. MR's deep activeness in the church is out of a loneliness condition that she experiences living alone. This is a psychological disorder marked by grief, mood, and over-interactive socializing. MR must be currently thinking of her failure at church positions, her reproductive health, and her family and the onset insecurity of a poor death. MR has thoughts of despair in considerations and that she is a bother to the daughter’s schedules. Old people tend to suffer from diabetes and diuresis due to overthinking to social responsibilities, family, and work.
