Introduction

A person is associated with many issues that have significant positive and negative implications in his or her life. The effects of these things depend primarily on how they have managed and the manner in which, they are integrated into that individual's life. It is through the implications that their significances in one's way of living are determined such that one can achieve a healthy lifestyle when the most effective strategies are utilized in managing a particular issue (Corbin, 2001). Every problem that has direct impacts on a person has different causes and outcomes. Thus, the most suitable management strategies must be sought, and those that are relevant to that specific aspect to ensure the intended lifestyle is met.

It would be absurd to claim that a particular person has a healthy lifestyle while at the same time there is no one moment of the day he is comfortable due to the frequent fights in his neighborhood. The unrests are potential causes of constant stresses since the individual will always feel threatened whenever around such an environment. They represent an unhealthy community where the people living in it have to cope with frequent fights and where they are unsure of their safety. Living a healthy lifestyle in such a society will be impossible since one cannot be able to manage stress, do physical exercises and other related practices because of having to deal with other things such as isolating from others or being indoors most of the time for self-safety. Similarly, a healthy lifestyle is trying to achieve when a person has to deal with different problems such as drug addiction, peer pressure, intolerable families or diseases among others. For instance, peer pressure during the adolescent stage will always give a teenager conflicting thoughts that are likely to bring about stress and constant negative emotional behaviors such as low self-esteem. When such an individual is going through such things, it might influence his or her eating habits such that there is lack of follow-up on one's diet or one is prompted to eat as a way of forgetting other things. Therefore, it will be difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle since there is lack of proper management of adulthood.

Similarly, when others things such as addiction or diseases are managed improperly, they will lead to the same outcomes of which reflects unhealthy ways of living. It is difficult for individuals going through such problems to have the necessary physical, mental or spiritual capacity to make vital decisions in their lives (Chiesa, 2009). Consequently, they will be unable to take part in some important practices associated with living healthy such as eating balanced diets, taking part in physical activities, and management of stress and weight among others. One would have an unhealthy lifestyle that would have been otherwise different if the appropriate and relevant management procedures such as consulting the respective professionals were not utilized when tackling the issues (Wainwright, 2007).

Conclusion

Therefore, as much as it is almost everybody's dream to have the best lifestyle, proper management of the issues affecting their lives is an essential aspect in getting it. It is the responsibility of those people connected either directly or indirectly to ensure that the problems at hand are appropriately managed to enhance the ways of living of those affected. It is recommended the issues be evaluated thoroughly to identify the best management strategies to apply to ensure that they are adequately and sufficiently ADDRESSED.
