ESF Language and ESF Sports provides an array of after-class activities for learners which enhance personal growth. The programs in place bring professionalism in coaching to learners across all abilities and ages, from beginning a sport up to the competitive play. ESF Language avails interactive strategies for learning other languages. These programs and strategies will enhance and promote Renee's qualities and talents because all these are existing provisions in the school. The school will surely help to bring out the best in her, and she will bear the flag of the school through multiple competitions in the country for Chinese drawing and drumming, and xylophone playing. The active participation in the Parent-Teacher Association and school community is essential for the well being of Renee and school at large. Joining the Executive Community is giving a hand to the organisation and running of the PTA. Even outside the committee, social events require a dozen of efforts from volunteers for the activities to be successful, so volunteering as a parent is another way of active participation. I have, at one point volunteered to do makeup, do hair and deliver lunch boxes during a school competition event.
