The correction of hazardous is intended to be in line with what is needed. Coordination and communication on multiemployer worksites section should be implemented. The policy requires that an employer should initiate a mechanism to direct their efforts and pass information aimed at ensuring that all employees and their representatives on-site can take part in strategies to inhibit illnesses and injuries. Additionally, the policy ensures that workers are accorded equality in protection in case of hazards.

The OSHA new guidelines are in line with the national and international policies on safety, therefore, employees would learn extensively on safety measures which they had not learned before.
