Based on the data illustrated in the study conducted among the subjects sampled from different sports genres across the globe, it is quite clear that an organized training program should be put in place to help bring in the instances of the nutritional and the calorific values in the lives of the participants in the same program in one way or the other. Several people in the sample study should be taken through this process in a better and amicable manner because of the overlooking nature of the nurses in the primary health sector. This practice brought out a better aspect of the ethical concern in the treatment (Rhee et al., 2018). The same practice also implies that the staffs do not get any benefit from having the independent units of the individuals. Other concerns also arose pertaining to the training of the minimal care to make the entire process a slower, but effective measure.
However, as much as this training program could be helpful to the persons concerned in this experiment, it would be significant to underscore that fact that there are a number of factors that can lower the spirit of the individuals in taking up the exercises in the program. The first major impediment in this training program is the psychological concerns among the participants. Such issues could include the aspects of chronic depressions and the unsupportive family issues that would be significant in the underlining factors related to the entire program in the same manner in that the stress collected during this process may lead to the low spirit among the participants in the articulation of the training program in their lifestyles (Lin, 2018). The appearance syndrome is also another important factor in this place where the persons concerned may feel bad when everyone at the gym looks better as compared to their body structure and physique. Such instances give the subjects some form of thwarts and agility in the process of articulating the entire program in one way or the other. All in all, most gyms cater for the broad array of all people irrespective of their sizes and ages.
The cases of joint misalignments in the muscle tone and capacity may give the person in the same program a different approach and notion in the entire program in that they may feel discouraged to continue with the program at the start of the program in a way that would be very beneficial in the health come back of the same individual. This problem then calls for the steady and proper articulation of the program to help the body to adapt to the new training program (Murphy, 2017). There would also the aspect the person to seek the chiropractor to help in the massaging activities after the exercises in a much varied manner. Boredom could be another issue in the articulation of the training program in that one activity can too monotonous to the person. Therefore, it is important for the person to undertake different activities to help come up with a better training program in one way or the other. This practice would help the person in dealing with the prevention of strict routing in the entire program ion one way or the other.
The chemical and food allergies are also a great threat to the development and propagation of the training program in a manner that it would lead to the reduction in the energy required by the person in handling the training exercise in a much organized manner. There is the need to develop clean vents that could significant in the reduction of the coughing and the sneezing effects on the persons involved in the sporting activities (Oh et al., 2018). Some participants in the training program may also find it difficult in managing their time during the entire process. It is thus significant to come up with a well-organized schedule that can be strictly followed during the entire process in a much varied manner.
The types of therapies used in the motivation of the training program in this study include the aspects of mind rejuvenation, refreshing, and renewal of the spirit. The rejuvenation massage, in this case, intends to rejuvenate and relax the body (Welbourn et al., 2018). The rejuvenation massage discourses the nervous, muscle, lymphatic, and the circulatory systems to produce some form of homeostasis through the combination of different types of therapies in the body. The process results in s state of relaxation in mind. A relaxed mind would be necessary for the directing of neurological impulses into the muscle system and thus brings inconvenient manipulation of processes in the body.
