As a CEO of a hospital I would employ the following policies; instead of dumping the uninsured patients, I would set policies to have them placed in separate rooms aside from the emergency rooms. This would ensure that they are under medical attention all through. Medical treatment is a very costly entity, and finances need to be to see the operations of the hospital run smoothly. Having these patients would not only see that they are taken care of but also save their lives.

Improving the performance of inner city schools need the entire school fraternity to take charge of the school affairs for change to occur. A competitive market with charters helps improve the schools' quality as this would attract better services. Establishing small institutions is another great policy to help uplift the standards of inner schools. Smaller schools present a way for students to be served and treated greatly. This improves the performance of the school at large as there will be an environment for everyone to give their best.
