Although Jerry might have good eyesight and hearing at this age, he may lose the clear eyesight due to hardening of lenses (Payne, 2017) Jerry is a male offspring and changes will include increased production of male hormones (Payne, 2017) At this age, the heart bumps blood at a high rate. The stressors that accompany Jerry such as school and family may cause a rise in cholesterol level which can cause hypertension (Kenney, 2015). Jerry's nervous system may also start slowing down in function at this age in that it may not be in in a position to control the body's immunity resulting in the inability to fight diseases such as flu and common cold (Van der Kolk, 2015). At this age, Jerry's body may begin to develop wrinkles, the skin may become rough, and the hair may become brittle. This is due to the reduction in the production of vital proteins such as collagen, melanin, and keratin (Payne, 2017) The fact that Jerry was born prematurely and raised up in a hard life may cause him to have a problem in maintaining good mobility at this age due to lifestyle and the problem in the body joints (Kotas, 2015).

Jerry may experience some sensitivity on the retina due to the poor reaction to light. It may be accompanied by a headache and dizziness. Following Jerry's lifestyle of shifting health status starting from the time of birth, he may experience a decrease in libido at this age with reduced spermatogenesis (Kotas, 2015). The heart may experience some changes such as hardening of arteries which may lead to myocardial infarction due to an inadequate supply of blood to the tissues (Payne, 2017). Slowed thinking pattern may result due to the slow processing of information by the brain. Jerry may experience learning problems (Van der Kolk, 2015). Progressive changes on the skin and hair may result due to continuous loss of nutrients such as keratin and collagen. Jerry's body may change in appearance due to wrinkles and thin hair. Dementia may be diagnosed (Van der Kolk, 2015). Jerry's body size may reduce accompanied by loss of pigmentation of the hairs. Osteoporosis affects the body joints resulting in slowed motion (Kotas, 2015)

Chronic diseases relating to heart problems such as stroke may set in. The brain reduces in weight due to continuous dying of neurons leading to reduced thinking capacity (Van der Kolk, 2015). Jerry may experience the flight of ideas and lack of options. At this age, there is the loss of bone density which leads to shortening of the body. Bone and joint-related problems such as rheumatoid arthritis emerge. Jerry may fail to perform activities of daily living due to inability to walk (Kotas, 2015).

This age is accompanied by hearing problems. Jerry may have a hard time listening and answering others due to this problem. There is the loss of sexual drive at this due to the failure to produce sexual hormones (Payne, 2017). Heart-related diseases may lead to hospitalization due to the inability of the heart to pump blood to the rest of the body. Multiple cognitive disorders such as dementia and delirium may result. The skin and muscles emaciate due to continuous death of body cells. Arthritis may cause pain on movement (Kotas, 2015).

Multiple eye problems may cause blindness. Touch sensitivity reduces Sexual organs fail to act as normal. Jerry cannot have the sexual drive as normal because the responsible hormones are not being produced (Payne, 2017). May suffer from stroke and other cardiovascular diseases which may need intensive care. Neurocognitive disorders such as dementia affect activities of daily living The body is weak and rough due to cell death. Jerry's face becomes wrinkled. Arthritis results in immobility which makes the patient stay locked in one place (Kotas, 2015).

Loss of vital sensory abilities such as seeing, hearing which may lead to death. Sexual hormones are inactive and Jerry cannot feel the desire to look for a sexual partner (Payne, 2017). Cardiovascular problems such as stroke and hypertension may need hospitalization Thinking may be impaired due to the death of nerve cells The body becomes fragile and may be subjected to fractures even from mild injuries Immobility leads to the development of pressure ulcers which may lead to infection and death. (Kotas, 2015).
