My name is X a graduated from Y institution in the year 2019 which I pursued a bachelor degree in Human Resource. I obtained first class honours in the course. I am a native of ON. Canada. After reviewing the job requirements of Human Resource position and researching on the company policies and history. I believe I am the most appropriate candidate to assume the role of human resource in the company. Moreover, I several skills that is compatible to job. Skills such as:

Although I have not gotten an opportunity to work and gain experience human resource manager yet, I have already developed high-level ideas that been utilized by leading brands such as Spencer and Marks. At college, during my summer internship at Marks, my friends and I were working as a team, as a team leader of group members who had varied skills, I led the members to work collaboratively to produce an outcome that was impossible to generate individually. I had to ensure communication is constant and wellbeing of all members is taken care of to assure the project stayed on track. I also provided collective delivery of the whole project with the assistance of crucial senior team members to keep my deliverable on track. Finally, I managed to deliver the entire work within the specified time. This task equipped me with organizational skill, project management skills, time management, and, strong work ethic which matches with the requirement for HR personnel.

Describe a situation where you didn't achieve the outcome you wanted. How did you handle the situation and what would you do differently?

In my situation amid years back at a similar organization, during my internship I missed a noteworthy due date, which is for what reason I am careful about keeping my logbook and plan for the day modern consistently. Missed the due date since I did not keep up a legal correspondence with my group members. After I missed that due date. When I understood I was going to miss the due date, I reached every one of the partners in the venture to cover things up, and we as a whole put in the additional hours expected to get it finished rapidly. I made a spreadsheet for every single future venture that demonstrated everybody an undertaking preview and plainly shown due dates and where we are at in the process at some random time. From that point forward, I have never missed a due date.
