On being asked on the reason as to why she ventured into the nursing career, she stated that her natural sympathy and humane spirit inspired her to focus on the nursing career where she could be happy overseeing the recuperation of the ill people in the hospitals. Her academic qualifications from the hard work she put on her studies also catalyzed and catapulted her to greater heights of prosperity in the nursing field which requires that one excels tremendously in the academic quota.

Further, she argued that she would like to continue the practising of her career until her ages were the limit since she embraced the spirit and responsibility of tending the patients. It was thus concluded Florence was indeed a nurse practitioner fully fitted to her career which augured well with her personality. The information above thus indicated the extent of the love of her career as well as personal information, covered in depth.

Currently, Florence Mary is a chief nurse in the Department of Nursing at St Mary's hospital. Thus the levels of interdependence and complexity in the nursing will continue to rise. She also stated that the new changes in the nursing practice comprise the things that will be focused on by the nurses as they are a reality in their professional practice. The actions and steps they will take in respect to such changes in the industry will determine their levels of success and survival in the dynamic industry; hence they are supposed to make informed decisions before embarking on their way forward in the activities they perform overtime. Florence states that the nursing practice is a regulated profession which forms an integral part of the in so far as comprehensive health care system is concerned. It is only undertaken by the people who are licensed like her, where she showed us her registration number in the nursing profession she is in, as approved by the authorities under the nursing act.

As the interview progressed, Florence divulged the fact that nursing practice involves a scientific knowledge that requires an individual to be very excellent in the performance of such disciplines as the sciences, mathematical calculations, and language fluency. They will enable a nursing practitioner to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for the perfect coordination of the judgment within the care and maintenance of the environment which also maintains the continuity and continued coordination of the health care.

She stated that an advanced practitioner in nursing is supposed to be a registered nurse who has full acquired the expertise and skills and knowledge base in the profession. Such a nurse is supposed to have impeccable capabilities in complex decision-making processes with clinical competencies necessary for the expanded practice. However, she states that such characteristics are shaped by the country she is affiliated to. The entry level for the advanced nursing practice is a master's degree. The formal educational programs are necessary for the preparation of the nurses elevating to the advanced practice roles which are the accredited for approval upon achievement. There should also be a formal system for the registration, licensure, certification, as well as the credentialing. The advanced nursing practice integrates the research, practice, education, and experience in the field and management activities. There is also the requirement of a high degree of professional autonomy as well as independent practice.
