Introduction

The human resource department plays an essential role in any organization. from the process of getting competent employees to the sacking of these employees. It all takes the hand of an excellent human resource department. A reliable, able, and skilled human resource department makes the organization equally stronger as there is professionalism in the process of conducting most of its duties. Other than having the human resource department, there is a team of staff that has majored in evaluating how employees progress as they work with time. The evaluation team is also vital as it gives the employees areas to work on and also avails some of their strengths. After conduction an evaluation of The O'Leary organization, there are various concerns made by different employees all around the organization. The complaints and concerns made by these individuals show a trend that marks that some complaints are recurrent while others were individualistic. This essay analyses and provides solutions to some of the claims made to the human resource as per the case study conducted at O'Leary organization.

From the complaints and concerns made by the staff, it is possible to deduce that a higher percentage deals with the dissatisfaction of the evaluation rate given to them. Since no system can work at a hundred percent efficiency, all these complaints need to be there. Also, the process of satisfying all the needs of the employees is inherently impossible since all human beings were created differently and peculiarly (Coyle, Fair - 2018).

Case item ten, where an employee complaint of lack of confidentiality would entail a reply of the following order. "Thanks, Jeff Skala, for your concern. Privacy is indeed a fundamental matter in any organization. The department will work accordingly to ensure there is a restoration of order and work ethics by all employees, no matter the work status. Essential and required procedures will be taken to ensure that the issue is handled with professionalism and in an effective way. Our sincere apologies for the breach of information. More information about the infringement (extent and what more was leaked) will be investigated, and the necessary actions are taken. Since professionalism comes with confidentiality, working with the appropriate heads will eventually provide solutions. "

As people age towards retirement, they may feel the need to detach themselves from the [proceeding s of the organizations. An issue raised by one of the experienced individual sparks concerns that need to be addressed by the human resource (Bratton, 2017). The following is a sample of a reply to an issue possed by Margaret Windell from the purchasing department. "Hello Margaret, thanks for raising such a concern. The organization appreciates your efforts that have spearheaded it towards the direction it has taken all through your career. Although you are about to retire and have been getting highly recommendable remarks, an understanding as being part of the staff should be well absorbed. Consultations with the board and head of your department will be done as exceptions from the mandatory duties by the organizations cannot be encouraged. The evaluation proceedings can also make you find out one of the strengths and an area of improvement to finish on the highest level."

Conclusion

In conclusion, the critical issues sent to the human resource has to have an approach that secures the reputation of the organizations. Also, the individuals posting the problems need to be satisfied with the decision of HR. From the two cases, it is evident that confidentiality is critical and thus should be addressed with strictness. Also, personal feelings due to the period of stay are critical, and things should be made clear.
