Master's in Public Health Program will be easy to attain given the level of education I have completed and experiences I have gained in practice. The Public Health program deals with the human need to enjoy human rights and meet their health needs as a society. Therefore, identifying the environmental hazards that affect their health will be easy because of the communication skills I have. Policymaking will involve the formulation of educational programs that could effectively identify the health-related hazards they face. Partial experience from the medical resident has helped me understand some of the risks that face citizens in a country. Hence, it will be easy to join and pursue my vision as a policy maker after the completion of masters of Public Health Program.

Strengths and Weaknesses in Public Health Skills and Attributable effects for the Master's Program

Pursuing a master's in Public Health Program will be affected by my strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, my attributes could be positively or negatively affected. I have been able to test my strengths and weakness from a personal assessment evaluation. Education and experience skills are the basis of my strong abilities in the Public Health platform. In this case, education has facilitated my ability and capacity to know what is to be done and how it is done in one's ability. The attributable effect on the program is that I have a basic understanding in medicine and surgery making it easy to relate to what I have learned in class and the environmental hazards that affect the human health system.

Second, I believe in the possibility of transferred skills because of the good communication skill bestowed on me. At the moment, it has been easy interacting with patients and colleagues in my professional area. Therefore, with the communication skill as a strength, it will be easy to provide solutions to problems that arise in line with my career. Planning is key to ensuring that policies are created and evaluated to ensure that they provide services in the interest of all participants. In this case, a master's in Public Health Program would be run with the planning skills hence, prompting my ability to take up the studies.

I have also worked in the spirit of teamwork throughout my Bachelor's Degree because of the benefits that come along with teamwork. However, this is a weakness for me because of the need for individualism at the master's level of education. Besides, the friendliness that is required in the field is at times very difficult to relay because of the pressures of life one could be facing. This will affect my performance in the program to some extent.

Public Health Program Career Goals

Different people have different goals with their careers, therefore, pursuing a course in most cases will have some set objectives by an individual. My desire to attain master's in Public Health Program is to gain influence in the policymaking of the country in the healthcare sector. Gaining the knowledge required for one to qualify such an influence, will facilitate my being in policy decision making. It will be easy to apply the knowledge that would drive the healthcare industry to a direction that is favorable for both the patients and those who work in these organizations.

It is in my objective that public health education is encouraged among young adults as well as promoted to participate in moral, ethical, professional and legal standards like it is for other courses. I require to make more advances in my professional skills even after completing my master's. Education and training will help keep me committed to Excellency in the healthcare industry.

Another career goal in studying masters is to gain the power and encourage the willingness of other professionals to participate in collaborative action. It will be easy for us to analyze the programs initiated for health education in societies closely. For instance, the behavior of people in a community will in a way require to be studied so that an educational program is set up for that certain group. Therefore, when I attain that level of education, I will be in a position to influence the lives of individuals from all groups because of the newly identified method of study.

Expectations as a global Public Health Professional

Being recognized as a public health professional is one of the most exciting inspiration I could get from my career journey. Global recognition would be as a result of unique and special skills identified in me that would have influenced the sector positively. It is an essential experience when one's innovations and inventions are said to be new techniques that stand out in the community. I could not help but think that I could have developed preventative measures because of the great need required to prioritize. Therefore, my understanding of policymaking would have globally increased. Thus, I have achieved my career goals in life as a public health profession partially.

Challenges facing Global Public Health

The life expectancy age has declined in the past years, and it is not yet clear the need to study and understand human behavior and the reason for such trends. This is a common challenge that has not yet been handled as expected for communities to understand and follow the required measures to avoid early premature deaths. Educational programs that public health officials should promptly offer and follow to reach the effective health care objectives have continuously been ignored. Educational programs do not exist in some communities when it should be available in each community.

Furthermore, public officials are not committed to learning human behavior in a community. They use previous researches conducted to offer and facilitate educational programs solution when the results provided in one season is different from that in the next season. Due to failed measures and ignorance by the public health officials, it has not been possible to put effective educational programs into practice. For instance, most community members are not aware that some chronical diseases are caused by the kind of lifestyle they choose. With sufficient and adequate training on how lifestyles practices and other factors affect their health, an improved life expectancy age of the country could be observed.

Individuals including the public health professionals deprive themselves enough sleep meaning that they also do not identify the need of having a night of sufficient sleep. The group cannot be in a position to explain to individuals in the community how sleep is of importance. In most cases, sessions to educate the members is taken to let them know how they could improve their living conditions. Thus, I believe with an appropriate educational program together with effective trainers; the community will feel the need to watch out. This could be the only way public health professionals can solve global issues concerning health.

It is in my aspiration to attain high educational skills in the career path I chose so that a change is felt in the societies. Public Health programs have defined some health methods used create forums for society training and interaction. Hence, the main aim in harnessing my career in Public Health is to become an influential individual in policies that affect educational programs in the communities. Attaining a master's in Public Health Program will be an achievement of my set objectives career goals.
