The contact person in Griffin's home care is a social worker who has a degree in Social work. His role in the home is to make sure all the employees work in their roles allocated. His work is a form of management. He keeps records of the 26 older adults in the home. He has worked with non-governmental organizations like the CDC and is familiar with these kinds of jobs.
