In pursuit of my Bachelor of Education Primary at Edith Cowan University, I am confident that I have what it takes to be an education assistant. Besides, I have also gained much knowledge related to curriculum and lesson planning, childhood development, support of the overarching program, and appropriate activities. My studies have also equipped me with teaching experience where I have interacted and appreciated working with children. I thus believe I have a very diverse and creative background, which will make me fit for the advertised job. I enjoy teaching and applying my acquired knowledge of primary education to help shape our nation's upcoming youths.

With my excellent practicum experience acquired through my studies, I am more than prepared to exercise my skills and experience in working for your institution is areas like assisting in preparing classroom activities, safety policy enforcement, offering child support both emotional and physical as well as providing support to teachers in managing the class behavior. With these named skills, joined together with my outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, I am confident with my capabilities to impact positive and substantial expertise to the children of Seaforth Primary School (PS).

I have excellent written and oral skills which have been obtained from my studies experience. Listening to children as they read, narrating to them, and reading stories have boosted my skills. I enjoy working with the children to boost their self-confidence as early enough so that they can also grow to impact others in the future.

I have profound interpersonal skills, which I am also willing to use to help the children. I enjoy sharing my feelings with others. I plan to exercise these by encouraging the children to share their feelings. By doing so, the children's communication skills will get sharpened, and they will be able to understand the importance of paying attention to other people and express themselves to others. I believe that children copy what they see; thus, taking part in the exercise will help them enjoy working as a team.

My studies in the teaching field have also equipped me with excellent organization skills experience. I can organize a classroom for lessons; I can also assist teachers’ complete records and plan for learning activities. I can also aid in managing a student's behavior in class. I am also confident that I can play a significant role in planning events like sports and outings. The organization skills got also obtained while at college, where no one was there to program how one should spend their time. I created my timetable, where I programmed my activities, and I found it quite compelling. With these skills, I am confident that I can deliver effectively at your learning institution.

Ability to work under pressure and focus on details. This has gotten achieved through my studies where I had to pay much attention in class and complete a particular task at a limited time and have to follow each instruction correctly. Working with children, I understand it is very challenging and demands an individual who can handle pressure and pay attention to every child. With my experience, therefore, I believe I am the right candidate for the post since, at all odds, I managed it successfully.

I am also a person with a great sense of humor and very patient. Handling children is not a ride in the park since they keep on messing around. They need an understanding person who will be patient with them at all times. For the children to also understand what they are being taught, they need someone with a great sense of humor and can communicate a specific phenomenon in a way that they can understand.

At Edith Cowan University, we get equipped with first aid skills and how to handle children emotionally. I would thus appreciate an opportunity to put my knowledge into practice at your institution. I believe that children are people who need more care since they are not able to take care of themselves. They are not able also to manage their emotions and need someone to talk to. Whenever they get into accidents or fights, I believe my knowledge will be vital since you will not hire an outside nurse. With the changing world, a need for someone creative and flexible is high. I am an individual who enjoys creativity and wanting to explore new methods of performing various activities.
