In the context of teenagers and young adults, the number is increasing from both genders, male and female. The increased number of tobacco usage among youths in different institutions is a clear indication that the earlier mentioned trends are rapidly growing up (Drope et al., 2018). Recent studies on the ground show and give directives that the trending rate is growing because of electronic cigarettes. The effective prevention method is ideal in managing trends among tobacco users, though it has similar health effects to its users. Nicotine type of tobacco product is intensively advancing.

Vaping among youths and young adults in the region covers one of the prevention efforts that work but also comes with significant health effects. Despite the prevention method, other types of prevention exist depending on the ground. Some of the schools have effective prevention efforts ideal in managing habits of tobacco usage among school students, youth, and young adults. Some of the smoking interventions help in managing and develop inter social skills, which immensely focus on providing youth and young adults with practical techniques that help them withdraw from tobacco usage, thus prevention efforts in public schools.

Social media provide a platform that offers prevention effort of youth and young adult using tobacco in the region (Jamal et al., 2018). The social media platform offers information on the dangers and risks as well as health benefits build by withdrawing from cigarette smoking. The prevention effort on social media is ideal because it covers a broader range of youths in the region. Provided information regarding both electronic tobacco and traditional tobacco on the media tend to favor youth and young adult. The information presented relating to the negative effects of cigarette influence and changed most of its users despite addiction.

Vaping is not an excellent alternative to smoking habits in the region. The information and content of the addiction, such as nicotine, are still present in vaping, which is not an ideal product because it is not different from the traditional tobacco in the region. That means that vaping also brings about the concept of a negative effect on the users' body. Some of the new prevention efforts include trying nicotine replacement therapy, call for reinforcement as well as related techniques. In the context of reinforcement, the school should involve a competent program within the institution that seeks to expose students and educate them on the dangers associated with cigarettes.
