According to the Ted talk by Dr. Gavin Yamey on "Achieving a grand convergence in global health by 2035", it was determined that there is the necessity to develop new healthcare delivery tools that will help us towards meeting future health requirements (Yamey, 2019). By observing the health economics, this is a new role that the WHO has taken up and started investing in various healthcare-oriented programs this reducing the mortality crisis. This is evident in counties such as Chile and China, where significant improvements have gotten observed in these countries health sector.

Among the top factors that may get considered as the leading causative agents for these changes include; the changes in the global economy, social-political movements, and technological advancements. The world economy is changing and therefore necessitates a shift in the global health system. Middle- and low-income countries have continued to experience deplorable health services due to the lack of financial capability to better their services. As a result, the WHO, in conjunction with other humanitarian organizations, take upon new tasks in delivering health services in these countries.

Technological advancements have also largely contributed to the changes that have seen the world health organization take up new roles. As a leading organization in cultivating an innovative culture in the healthcare sector, the WHO has set up camp and incubated trainees in various regions of the world. This is a role that has come to get implemented after it got identified that there was an increasing necessity to come up with new treatment approaches. This is because various strains of disease-causing organisms have become resistant to conventional treatment approaches that were used before. By investing in the medical technology sector, the WHO will be in a better position to achieve the set-out objectives on global health service improvement.

Countries must cooperate to achieve the global health goals that got aimed at ensuring there is the achievement of quality and reliable world healthcare as well as service delivery. Through international cooperation, countries can share resources as well as skilled labor. Such undertakings will be essential in cultivating a healthy working relationship between the different stakeholders this aiding in innovation resulting from the different approaches utilized on different health cases ("The Report | Global Health 2035", 2019).

International cooperation will also be helpful in an attempt to improve health services in third world countries. These countries, for instance, could serve as test centers for innovations and also add to the labor requirements. Cooperation as the sharing of resources is an essential approach towards the achievement of improved quality global health.
