The letter contained a message about the medical center at the University of Maryland. The letter was intended for those who wished to join the institution and pursue presented programs. I learned about the message by reading the letter and I noticed that the director started by indicating; dear applicant. Furthermore, she provided detailed information concerning the various training programs that were available.

The writer chooses to use simple language and a well-structured description to make it easier for the audience to access all the information within a short period of time. Furthermore, the director's information had a flow. This was noted by how she welcomed interested applicants of the programs, then outlined the program, gave a description of their curriculum, talked about the University of Maryland and finally welcomed all the interested applicants to reach the institution through provided contacts, email or website.

The audience is eligible people who can fit to study the programs offered by the medical center of the University of Maryland. Thus, they should be interested in and prepared to enter hospital medicine or primary care. I learned about the audience because I realized the director began by addressing them as dear applicants.

The document is organized in a good format.Being a letter from the director, the document starts by acknowledging the audience, introduced the subject matter and proceeded to describe the various courses and the nature of the University of Maryland. Furthermore, in the body of the letter, the director gave a description of the experiences students were likely to have once they shall be pursuing the programs in that institution. Finally, the director concluded by encouraging potential students to join the programs and provided contact information for any interested candidates to contact them.

The speakers choose a simple language. This was demonstrated by how there no complex medical were terms in the letter despite the courses being advertised having a relationship with the medical field. I believe the speakers choose to use simple language to give detailed information about the programs was to make sure every interested individual understood the message on their own. Hence, it could have been possible for the applicant to apply for the offered programs on time.

The committee came up with a candid report setting out the recommendations on Vaccination practices concerning the application of cyclical influenza vaccines (Grohskopf 691). The first thing is that they have to bring up-to-date "antigenic structure" of the vaccination of cyclical influenza drugs. The second will consist of tain data on the immunization of influenza injection which was used during the "2015-16 season". The third recommendation included an efficient procedure when deciding the proper number of does for kids aged six months up to eight years. The four proposal was the use of LAIV (Live attenuated Vaccine) and reduced the effects of influenza injection.

Vaccine Dose Contemplations for Children Between the Ages of 6 Months Through to 8

Years

The children aged between six months through to eight years need to be administered with two doses of infection injection within one month. However, the initial vaccination period will help in creating resistance within the body to ensure they do not get infected with the disease if in case there is an outbreak (Grohskopf 691). The recommendations on the number of doses needed will be subject to the previous historical background of the patient about other diseases. Numerous investigations have advocated that for viruses to be treated effectively the number of does should be two and should be administered between longer intervals (Grohskopf 691). The examination across the two periods when the influenza virus did not change while the one is done but in the "B" virus did change. The children who were between ten months and two years were administered with one dose.

ACIP gives the following recommendation.

According to (Anand), everyone who are aged between six months and eight years ought to be administered with influenza vaccines on a cyclical basis.

According to (Anand), "LAIV or IIV" is the best option for all giving influenza vaccines for children between two years and eight years.

It was recommended that LAIV should not be administered to the following people; persons aged below the age of two and others over forty-nine years, (Anand). Expectant and lactating mothers, persons with a background of "egg allergy," persons aged between two years through four years who have" asthma" or had an episode of wheezing. Those who had taken the medication within two days.

The People Who Should Not Be Administered With “Laiv” Include Those Who Have Been Suppressed by the Drugs.

According to ( Fiore 50). The (CDC), "Centers for Disease Control and prevention" reveals that there have been a lot of deaths resulting from measles and influenza (Fiore 50).In the year 2015, with over 550 cases from 28 states was conveyed to the CDC as a report. The presence of CDC is to ensure Americans are kept away from infections and it advocates for vaccination of people against diseases like measles, polio and, influenza. They will also help to separate those who have vaccinated from those who have not yet, and it is a way of ensuring there is no spread of diseases like Influenza, Tuberculosis among others. Vaccines help to increase the number of antibodies hence improve the quality of fighting against infections. Antibodies are significant as they battle the disease-causing organism accordingly provide resistance towards an individual throughout the year (Fiore 50). The report teaches the reader on the need of vaccinating the children between the ages of two and eight against diseases like influenza and the recommendation set out by various organizations concerning the vaccination procedure to be taken in children (Fiore 50). The importance of CDC is that it aids in promoting health and improving the public health through advocating for vaccination against diseases which are not curable and also provides preparation and defensive techniques against epidemics of diseases like Ebola among other ailments.
