Being in a student organization gives one an opportunity to acquire knowledge in regards to one's self. It enables to evaluate one's goals and the strengths. Extensively, they are entitled to be listed in the university publications. Therefore, the student organization can supply, distribute and make publications such as magazines, although they should be in line with the campus requirement and established policies (Rosch, 2017). They have the freedom to invite special guest and speakers in the university and affiliate campuses but have to adhere to the set guidelines established. The students' government has the right and privilege to create an account and make use of the university business office services to control and regulate their funds. They are fully accountable for their expenditures though restricted to their use to avoid mismanagement of funds.
