Introduction
Creating a service-based business is more beneficial as compared to products. In essence, delivery of health care and well-being services such as body care, facials, and massages are effective in enabling a healthy environment. By creating an app, potential customers can see the salesperson without necessarily visiting a skin dermatologist or a masseur (Fallah & Yasini, 2017). Through this app, the potential customer needed directly comes to you.
Individual Reflection
I have researched and realized that such an app does not exist in marketplaces. Hence, the app cannot face any competition in the market. The app intends to reach many people across the U.K. Even though London Home Massage is an app that deals with massage, this app deals with body care and facials. The ultimate aim of this app is to cover big cities such as Lancaster, Birmingham, Manchester, and London.
Creating a new revolutionary for both men and women who experience health issues such as headaches, neck pains, and back pains is an effective approach. The program is also useful in solving issues about physical appearances such as spots based on sunlight, black spot, and acne. In essence, merging the health issues of working men and women can help them recover quickly to resume work. Working women and men who cannot get time to receive health attention on a massage can directly order an expert from the mobile app. Also, the working men and women can receive special attention where a masseur comes and meets their demands.
The app is useful in reducing stress for working men and women. Notably, the app can be effective in relaxing and release their bad energy and stress. The app is also useful for other people who do not easily get free time, which makes the masseur come to their home to offer certain services.
Analysis
Some home massage is in place but is only based in London. Hence, potential customers across the globe cannot get it's duly services. The app can bring relaxation to the stressed individuals to allow them to get their work done effectively. Since massage is a universal service
The app can operate and serve under the segment name health and well-being. Ideally, the app targets men and women under the age of 25-55 years (Dowse, 2013). Indeed, it is undeniable that the task of a masseur is to come to the house of the potential customer to give them an appropriate message.
The benefit of this app is to release stress from the potential consumer. The urgency of massage depends on the level of pressure of the people. The potential customer entails working men and women who hardly get time to attend any massage place. In essence, the larger the masseurs, the more the massages administered.
The app is useful across gender with a target age of 25-45 years of potential customers (Furlan et al., 2015). The people are expected to live in a city that the app can fully deliver its services. Ideally, the app covers other psychographic elements. The lifestyle entails consumers' fitness and sports industry where athletes get services on muscle relaxation and exercise in the gym. Athletes seek such services based on injuries and muscle strain conditions. Under general well-being and health, consumers are given relaxation and therapeutic training to use massage service.
In most instances, the app solve various issues on insecurity. The app shall ensure that a masseur comes to consumers' homes to provide services. Thus, the consumer shall get 100% comfortable advantages to realize maximum satisfaction (Hofmeyr et al., 2013). The app plays a significant role since most of the consumers are working-class members.
A masseur can access the device to accept contacts and appointments the consumers enquire and ask for services concerning specialty and services. More interestingly, high-quality massage equipment is essential for the masseur to have valuable professional services. For the business to have a different service rate, it has to depend on equipment expenses.
Arguably, it is essential for the system to offer the service to allow consumers to book appointments by helping workers to gain and accept flexible lifestyle to the customers ( Keus et al., 2014). Business people working in London shall form the customer base. However, the business also targets the housewife who seeks to access massage services at home. The app allows every customer base to book services.
Research supports that stressed massage customer seeks to receive maximum satisfaction at the end of the service (Otovic, 2020). In most instances, customers compare the massage quality to allow the massage app to realize customer's loyalty. The app can be used to address the mental well-being of the consumer by increasing the anxiety and stress level at work and also managing time effectively. In reality, an idea is more preventive than curative. Thus, it helps a person to stay in shape by maintaining top health trends and purchasing the latest products (Moyle et al.,2013, p.602). Personalizing the app services can make sure that the potential customers get the right treatment.
Research supports that customers determine their needs during the day at various appointments, especially when they are fatigued (Otovic, 2020). Also, research has it that doctors determine their needs during sleep and at work when they feel stressed. Customers find their options during work breaks and free time (Otovic, 2020). Customers get this information through online doctors' advice and public transport marketing. The information can be accessed through computer internet and mobile phone. According to research, customers would prefer to book a massage online.
Customers analyze their options through social groups, reviewing of recommendations, and face to face interaction. The customers pay through phone applications where they subscribe at the end of service. Customers buy massage products through the masseuse or app.
Indeed, it is possible to store the app on a smartphone where it can be accessed and is supported in the application store. The app stores are via google store. The app is advertised on various social media platforms (McFeeters et al., 2016, p.265). Such that, multiple ads are advertised to increase the number of downloads. The customers can make an order on the type of massage services they wish to make. The app influence face to face interaction and word of mouth. The customers get the value of the app brand through promotion and expectation for more sales.
Getting a massage appointment should be made more accessible. Such that the men and women working at home should access and book a massage by merely using a few steps on their mobile phones. The masseur or a home therapist is sent right at the workers' doorstep. The masseurs can extend their jobs at the hotel and workplace, which is crucial in maintaining the customers and avoiding disappointment. Such that even guests can use the app to book spa service and massage appointments. The mobile app provides the option of massage (Fallah & Yasini, 2017). Working men and women are allowed to search for details such as location, type, and time the massage was booked. The app is created to allow the working men and women to book the massage therapist as was required.
Arguably, the app provides the customers with a platform where they can save their details. Customers can use internet banking or mobile wallets through their app to make payments. If the idea is implemented, it shall make the process hassle-free and quick. In essence, the app makes its transaction secure and transparent. Through solving insecurity and risks, the customers are protected from unauthorized parties.
When working men and women specify details such as location, time, and type of massage, there should be no need for any masseurs to be assigned to them. However, there is a need for the smartphone app to provide a list of every available masseur (McFeeters et al., 2016, p.265). Working women and men should be briefed on information such as expertise, training experience, image, and name. The information is essential to decide on the type of the masseur needed by the customers.
If masseurs can access the direction provided by the customer, they can heed to their requests. Masseurs also have an option to cancel appointments whenever they feel they cannot access the place (Fallah & Yasini, 2017). In those instances, the customer can be given a refund or a replacement based on the bids. Masseurs are expected to reach the customers with all possible equipment. The app has search filters to allow a quick search. By doing so, customers may get what they book for quickly. The app has filters based on the gender of the masseur, budget, and type of massage.
The app gives the working women and men a chance to see who is appointed for the massage. Also, the app provides a bonus by giving the customers notifications and alerts when their appointment is much closer. Working women and men may decide to cancel their booking based on divergent views. Customers can cancel their mobile service whenever they want.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the app can bring relaxation to the stressed individuals to allow them to get their work done effectively. Since massage is a universal service, Masseurs are expected to reach the customers with all possible equipment. The app can be used to address the mental well-being of the consumer by increasing the anxiety and stress level at work and also managing time effectively. The masseur or a home therapist is sent right at the workers' doorstep. The masseurs can extend their jobs at the hotel and workplace, which is crucial in maintaining the customers and avoiding disappointment
