The vision of the school is to create a community where learners feel loved, respected, and motivated to attain their fullest potential in learning. On the other hand, the mission of the institution is to offer high-quality education by creating a safe and conducive environment that learners use to develop the base for lifelong education. The collaboration will assist stakeholders in forming a team that is driven toward attaining the needs of the learners.

The school is grounded on the provision of quality education, and hence, being driven by the strategy helps participants to understand the conceptual requirements.

Strategies for Communicating the Vision and Mission

As such, understanding that all activities are conducted according to time strategy may influence people to change their behavioral approach toward how teaching and learning are conducted.

On the other hand, consistency strategy impacts management to develop an approach that people are supposed to follow particular rules when teaching and learning (Leane, 2018). As such, the strategy will influence the organization to develop a culture that stakeholders are required to deploy when conducting particular operations (Deal & Peterson, 2016). In this case, the strategy outlines what stakeholders are supposed to do to enhance the attainment of the objectives.
