However, an organization has seen a weakness somewhere and the need to strengthen the program operations, a business purely dealing with the manufacture and selling of the bracelet emerges with a main of facilitating easy and affordable nurturing techniques that a parent can even partake at home level (Atalla, S. (2016, March).

The organization came in with the idea of the bracelets after an increased child mortality rates in the world that took place around a decade ago. From this occasion, there was a need for thorough research in order to determine the possible or exact cause of the disaster so that proper remedies or solutions are set to help to fight the problem back. The information was collected by the use of interview method, which was done in around ten people leaving in India.

The research stated that most children died all over the world in their homesteads or in their way to hospitals due to the symptoms and shreds of evidence of anaphylaxis mimic illnesses, bracelets would, therefore, act as a preventive measure to prevent the children from getting affected with a number of allergies.

Bracelets may also be used by different healthcare institutions to monitor the progress of the children out of the hospitals. This would then require that at least each and every child is registered in a hospital to facilitate easy follow up and tracking, so that their health conditions are always predicted prior to the occurrence of any health attack that might be fatal (Hall, S. (2017).

After gathering this information, it was upon the business to develop its strategies, plans or ideas to help curb the effects or else the whole process of data collection becomes invalid. As a result, with the help of trained staff in distinct areas like marketing and research, brainstorming method of collecting ideas was applied.

After successive group meetings, concrete ideas emerged, though the introduction of bracelets was discovered to be more effective and helpful in faster prevention and fight against the effect. The business also applied the use of gap analysis method in order to come up with idea and strategies for reducing the effect (Griffin, M. (2019).

Gap analysis as a technique involves, she stepwise designing of a procedure that helps a business achieve its goal. It is less the same thing as a business plan. The major steps in this technique, involves listing attributes or the competence levels of a situation, naming the factors or the possible remedies that can be done to achieve the goals set in the first step, the third step is to identify the gaps that are existing in the business, because this is a business, profit is a major concern and therefore the need to check into the possible gaps that exist in the outside market and design on the appropriate methods to penetrate in the market (Griffin, M. (2019).

Establishment of gaps is also a major concern to help in identifying the possible competitors in the market. Having their ways of operation can help in planning the best possible methods by use of brainstorming method to help in creating a competitive product that will be able to persuade the buyer in the market.

In order to outshine other sellers of the similar product in the market, the research team concluded that, by use of images for the bracelets on the outer package, more customers would be attracted because, by this time, It was only one seller operating in the market with this kind of business and therefore never bothered of modifying the product due to the monopolistic advantages that the business enjoyed.

Innovating the product by use of images that include the product itself, adding some text writings as well as indicating the safety precautions and handling, and the advantages that it plays in children in order to reduce the mortality rate was thus necessary. Market analysis is also important in determining the market demand for products in the market, before the idea of the bracelet was officially launched, the research team administered some questionnaire on various customers to collect their view on the product, this was later used to finalize the design of the bracelet to suit the customers demand in the market for maximization of profit in the business.

Upon the final implementation of the idea, it may not automatically lead to advantages like gaining of profits in the business, it may result in serious problems which may include, effects of the government restrictions, the business may not be allowed to operate on absence of some documents or may be limited to operate in specific areas (Williamson, B. (2016). The business may also experience a huge amount of losses If the plans that were earlier set fail to work as predicted fails, additionally, the business may experience poor governance and thus collapse if appropriate and well able leaders are not placed in the top positions to organize and manage all the major programs taking place in the business.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the idea generation, evaluation, and implementation process, gave a wider knowledge of the activities that take place in the market. Even though, it was specifically meant for the development and supply of bracelet to help in reducing the effects experienced by children, many processes that showed the actual procedure that major businesses go through in real world's life, the knowledge gathered was therefore helpful and could be applied by any other member of the business team to begin another idea in future.
