Such a case occurs when you are in bed, scrolling through social media, pondering what is wrong with your life. This is the moment one realizes the importance of sharpening the blade in terms of attitudes and feelings, and where having a sense of purpose comes in handy.
Sharpening the saw in mental aspects involves building on the behavior and perceptions.
