The knowledge from the Institute of Medicines analysis of 2010 was adopted to enhance the nursing practice through appropriate education, creating work diversity, and improving leadership skills. The anticipated health practices involved assessing the state of technology and science through creative teams and partnerships. Healthcare problems and poor health can be reduced by applying innovative techniques to the health sector, evidence-based practices, and other leading models in nursing to enhance the evidence of effects in the industry. Aspects addressed include how healthcare providers deal with cases of poverty and complex care assistance associated with poor outcomes (Nickitas, 2019).

The analysis was done in Camden, a city with poverty and poor health conditions, and how the Camden Coalition utilized nursing practices to resolve the health disparities (Nickitas, 2019). Impact of Assigned Article Content on Future Practice

I will use the article information in this article to improve my professional practices to the expected standards. It provides insight into the importance of the nursing profession in reducing health disparity, creating a culture of health. However, this can only be attained if nurses accept their roles as being an influencer, informant, and connecting patients to available services. As such, the information in this article will promote my understanding of my professional part, which is to inform, educate, protect, promote and decipher what patients' needs and what they lack to optimize the means they have to obtain health. For example, it will help me to effectively collaborate with others in ensuring safety and to deliver a positive and most desired health outcome regarding patient's needs.
