The problem of heart diseases has become a global threat in the last decade or two. The higher prevalence has been activated by factors which may be categorized as behavioral or physical. Some of the common causes include smoking, drug addictions or abuse, high blood pressure, and stress (Ettehad et al., 2016). In either of these cases, various opinions have emerged concerning how this great menace can be prevented to prevent those who are currently safe from getting the infections

The first strategy highlighted in the world health organization report of 2017 is that individuals should refrain from smoking or using tobacco drugs. The main reason is that this drug contains chemicals that scientists say are heart damagers. Also, smoke contains carbon monoxide, which, when inhaled, replaces some percentage of the oxygen present in the human blood. This may interfere with the heart rate and eventually increase the blood pressure, and cause heart disease.

Doing regular exercise for an average of 30 minutes weekly may also help in maintaining body conditions at the standard requirements. Frequent involvement in physical activities may help in reducing weights and lower the possibilities of acquiring some other infections related to the heart (Ettehad et al., 2016). As studies have also indicated that diabetes is a common cause of bold high pressure and finally, heart diseases, reducing the weights may be a good strategy of fighting this threat at its root cause levels.

Another primary health strategy of treating or prevent ting heart diseases is by going for frequent screenings in hospitals. As earlier noted, the effects of high blood pressure and an excess amount of cholesterol accumulation in the hearth may result in heart complications. However, if they are not tested at their early stages, an individual may realize their presence once the symptoms have become so prominent and so the effects. For these reasons, people should prefer to visit hospitals or other relevant health centers regularly, to check their conditions, as it will also provide an easy diagnosis if the diseases are detected at their initial stages. Some of the standard levels that can be identified by regular screenings include the cholesterol levels and evidence of blood pressure levels.

Maintaining consistent healthy diets is also another strategy to help fight heart-related diseases. Taking Mediterranean diets and using the DASH (Dietary approaches stop hypertension), food consumption plans are among the foods and measures related to eating that can profoundly improve the heart conditions.

Most importantly, is the need to maintain stress levels, which may result from the effects of bipolar I and II disorders. Stress is among the minor, yet too prominent cause of heart failures. Individuals should ensure that, the distant themselves with activities such as overeating, excessive alcohol intake, or smoking. Instead, to improve the health conditions and build an outstanding immunity, one should do more of physical work, relax or avoid overworking, and finally one may also decide to meditate to control the levels of stress which may be fatal at the final stages of their effects.
