Introduction
The goal of diversity in the classroom entails having students with diverse strengths, ideas, and experiences that make the students learn from each other because of the differences in personalities. The activities involved in bringing diversity into the classroom include getting students with different backgrounds (Hurtado, 2020). The students come from different environments, therefore, bringing their diversity. The outcome of the diversity is that the students have different perspectives on matters they learn in the classroom. The students also get to learn from each other because of the differences they have. The resources required include having qualified teachers who identify the diversity in children during enrolment.
Class Management Goal
In class management, the teacher applies skills and techniques to keep the students orderly, organized, attentive, focused, at the task, and productive in class. Class management actions include organizing the classroom, developing routines and behavior expectations, teaching behavior skills, off-task two-step, positive reinforcement and positive relationships (Wekke, 2017). Classroom management is expected to reduce poor behavior and distractions; thus, the students focus on learning. Through these actions, there is social and emotional development as well as positive interactions among students. Resources required to achieve the class management goal include learning materials, human resources, and financial resources to finance the basic needs of the stakeholders.
Using Technology Goal
The goal of the use of technology in the classroom is to enhance learning and teaching. The activities involved in the use of technology in the classroom will begin by teaching the students how to use the technology. Learning activities using technology make learning interesting to the students, and the teacher's work becomes easier (Roy, 2019). Other activities include loading the learning materials to the technology that will be used in learning. The expected outcome is efficient teaching and learning in the classroom. The performance of the students will also improve as a result of efficient learning. The resources required include money to purchase technological gadgets and the learning materials to be used by the teachers. The teachers and the students will need to be trained on how to use technology in learning.
