My parents are low-income earners, for instance, my father has a monthly income of less than 200 euro while my mother is a housewife with no pay. I depended on my father's little income to fund my studies, which are not enough. I am always the brightest student in the class. Thus, I make most of the hard work and effort in school. I believe that this chance will offer me a much better opportunity to achieve my dreams of making my society back in China to be of more equality.

I have always been interested in the human right as well as equality, which the scholarship offers, that will enable me to promote the freedom of speech among my fellow Chinese. I have known Mr. Chung Ying since September 2015 when he joined Leuphana University in Luneburg as a student in the School of Human Rights and Community Development where he was admitted to undertake a degree program in Human Rights (with Information Technology) at the Department of Human Rights. Mr. Chung Ying had written all his exams and graduated after fulfilling all the other university requirements.

Impression

My general judgment about him is that he is very knowledgeable and capable of articulating his ideas and opinions very well. He is a hard working individual and gets along well with his peers (students) and seniors (lecturers). I would rate him one of the best individuals that I have known in terms of his work organization and dedication in his work as a student at the university. He is always been interested in the human right as well as equality, which the scholarship offers, and that will enable him to promote the freedom of speech among his fellow Chinese in the near future.

He is very interactive to both the lectures as well as the fellow students and is always ahead of the syllabus besides the fact that he is disciplined. The freedom of speech is one of the causes of inequity among the Chinese.
