Introduction

The leadership gap is about gender stemming from stereotypes; they expect that men take charge and women care. However, stereotypes influence the way people make information regarding group members or groups. The gender stereotype is not only affecting the evaluation of female leaders but also can directly affect women leaders. Furthermore, gender stereotypes can alter the assessment and perception of female leaders, spearing leadership role or directly affect women.

The change in organizations is started to be easier for women reaching the top position. The culture is changing of more organizations gendered work such as separation of work and family, a male model of work, and the notion of an uninterrupted full-time career. The women are augmenting by the organization to develop through the career development program and offering work-life support and formal network. Women engage in entrepreneurship to change how business should look like an extension of leadership

Yes, it is consistent with what I neither learned in nor house due to how women leaders face twice standard in a leadership role. They must come across as extreme competency, but as feminine, the standards show that men are not held to. In sum, many women are likely to show their roles with higher negotiation power, changes in the discrepancy between women leadership and changes in workplace norms, effectiveness, and predominance of women-owned business and more significant gender equity in domestic responsibilities

The evaluation by team members can be compared by team cohesiveness in that evaluation by team members they can progress, learn to determine what to improve and to develop. Team cohesiveness is the extent and strength of interpersonal connecting the existing among the members of the group. In the book, we learn how the women were cohesiveness in they had power among themselves when ruling. In team evaluation, the women enter into entrepreneurship and continue to run their business well.

Yes, I learn more that is not in the north house book, it was the role of women to respect their husband and to do all things in the family-like cooking, washing fetching water to animals and for use at home. They were also not to lead their husbands. As I see in the book, the women were to respect and are under their men. But in neither book of nor house says that the women were to rule and even were to leave separate from their husband, some did not have children because work and leadership roles empowered them. I learn more about female leaders who were more hardworking in that they enter in; they were not only rearing children and do domestic duties but also they could work. Some will take leave, take a sick day, and some will choose a part-time job to jiggle this work. The female leaders owned a business account of about 31% of all private-owned firms, 8million people were employed, and make about $1.4 trillion in sales. Women also enter into entrepreneurship to change how business work should appear and extension leadership.

My opinion has not changed; it remains how it was that female leaders in the north house were more superwomen and they attempt to excel in every role. Although they were to occupy all professionals and management, they have little development opportunities than men at work. Women are in a prominent position in leadership than men. Also, to have fewer responsibilities in the same job, women received encouragement, receive formal job training and involved in crucial networks. What I wrote in the article is not different from that in the book. It all talks about female leaders and their superiority in society. They have more powers than men in Northouse.
