A plan for career enhancement is very significant in every business. The plan ensures that the workers understand the roles they need to carry out for the success of the company. Therefore, the career scheme needs to be done correctly as it is used as an instrument that promotes professional development (Blustein, 2013). Every year the employees and managers at the Impossible Foods corporation hold meetings and discuss the goals to be achieved within the year these include the primary concerns for the company as well as the professional goals to be attained in the year. In this essay, I will discuss how I can come up with a career development plan that can inspire corporate behavior at the Impossible Foods Industry.
As an employee at Impossible Foods industry, I need to Identify the primary career standards and professional goals that I must attain at the firm. The main occupational concern of every employee at the Impossible Foods company is to ensure appropriate working principles for the achievement of the company's competitive standards. Therefore, I must ensure the maintenance of teamwork in discussions and discovery of new ideas for the growth of the institution (De Vos, De Hauw, & Van, 2011). I also need to acknowledge the long-lasting professional objective of the Impossible Foods manufacturers which is to ensure production of a range of dairy and meat products for all the cultural regions within the world. The workers, I included, need to discover the short-term objectives that help in the advancement of the lasting interests of the company as well as the challenges that need to be overcome to attain the set goals. I need to find out obstacles, both the external and personal barriers, that inhibit me from achieving the set short-term principles then establish means of overcoming the hindrances (Blustein, 2013).
I would then list several practices that would be helpful in accomplishing the set goals. In this case, I want to ensure increased teamwork and promotion of the products at Impossible Foods industry. I can attain this by calling upon other employees in working together as a team, encouraging group discussions and consultations for the purpose of gaining new ideas like the coming up of the ingredient list for the Impossible Foods Burger. During this period, I will make use of various resources such as the time and expertise of the other employees as well as funds for the purchasing of the new ingredients required (De Vos, De Hauw, & Van, 2011).
Describing the tasks in my present job that help in the accomplishment of the long-term goals is another aspect that is important in the creation of the career scheme. Tasks such as conducting workshops and benchmarking of other well-developed organizations in the same field of manufacturing food like the McDonald's company are very essential. The practices are vital in ensuring that the Impossible Foods company attains its lasting professional goal. Therefore, such activities need to be performed frequently for the enhancement of Impossible Foods company. There is also the need for the identification of tasks that fail to contribute to the achievement of the long-standing aims of the corporation and the suggestion of ideas on how to remove or minimize such unproductive occurrences (Blustein, 2013).
Conclusion
As I work at the Impossible foods firm I need to gain additional and new knowledge, experience or skills in the marketing of the company's products like conducting of product localization and standardization in all the Impossible Foods enterprise outlets. The progress in activities will be discussed through board meetings and workshops (De Vos, De Hauw, & Van, 2011).
