As part of his achievements, Baxter has been able to maintain regular class attendance, consistent performance in mathematics and at times improve his mean score. Communication

First of all, there's need to create an environment that will make him feel at home like the rest of the classroom, and this is only achievable by lowering down to him and talking to him gently. After that, elimination of any distractions is necessary for effective communication. The benefit of this is that he will concentrate all his focus on the teaching as well as making him comfortable.
