The act of immunizing children at an early age helps to prevent illness and diseases that could harm their bodies in various harmful ways and also assists in making their immune system stronger and capable of resisting and fighting infectious diseases. The role of vaccination in the child body is to provide the immunity that their body requires to fight off diseases by imitating the infection so that the child's immune system is prepared to fight off whatever kind of infection the child contracts. All parents wish to do what is best for their children and to keep them safe from infections by any means. Vaccination has proven to be the only way to protect the future generation from diseases. The act of immunization has assisted in exterminating a lot of infectious diseases that the future generation will not come across. Vaccinations keep away viral and infectious diseases and make parents feel safer when raising their children. In the long-run, immunization saves family money and time, so they do not have to make frequent trips to the clinic or spend more money on cures and medicines.

Despite the positive benefits related to childhood vaccination, the act of immunizing children has some negative impacts on children's bodies. Some vaccines tend to cause bad reactions in a child's body that lead to illnesses rather than improving their immune system to fight disease. Wrong administration of vaccines on a child's body has led to major disability issues on children, and as a result, a lot of parents are more worried about their children's health after vaccination, while some have refused to let their children get immunized due to the immense side effects related to vaccination. Lately, there have been growing concerns that some vaccines contain elements of birth control that parents do not desire to be administered in their children's bodies because they feel that harmful to initiate birth on a small child, thus this perception makes the exercise of vaccination less effective (Thomas, 205).

In conclusion, vaccines make it possible for children to live a healthy life and attend all activities which they would have missed, especially when they fall sick. Also, it is good to acknowledge that vaccines can help to save the lives of many children as well as adults and can also help to prevent disease for future generations. The act of vaccination is efficient in controlling disease and can save families money and time from preventable diseases. I believe vaccination should be made mandatory since vaccination helps parents to get what is best for their children by giving them a healthy life.
