When we thank you for school, the first thing we imagine is the presence of teachers and student. The world teacher inspired one to go to school because they give us their most priceless gift on the form of education. Due to Gods gift for the human to lean, that is made passable by the impact of the teacher to school, and also preparing our feature leaders in the civilized society. Would you be surprised to know that teachers for the past 25year earning are $67, 00.00 would be less to pay the sky capper, an individual who moves luggage within the airport? Considering that the level of education is needed to become a teacher will be higher to that required to work as a sky capper. I thank that our teacher should earn more? Knowing that the average income in a teacher in the USA is between $43,000 and $48,000 and in some cases go lower than $40,000 per year, this is depending on the experience of the teacher. Considering the impact, they make on our society, our nation and the world at large. In teachers in our country are grossly underpaid (Clotfelter, C.T el at., 2017). The pay rise for teachers will do more good by beneficial to our educational system and the best thing to do to motivate and encourages the younger generation to choose a carrier in a teacher. I suggest that the teacher should be paid more than the current national average wages due to the challenging job they are doing. Sad to say that their current salaries are insufficient and the rise of their pay would lead to better quality in education.

In this country, our teachers are doing a very challenging job, and they deserve to get some compensation for their situation. Considering that teacher put in much of their time to education both in schools and at home as they mark and asses the performance of students in their class. Form the National Education Association; have recorded that teacher's work for 50 hours per week during the school year. This counter the widespread belief during summer, compared to the average America workers going for 34.4 hours per week. The evidence in their working time is the difference. Teachers work more than the average American because they work for 50 hours per week marks the contrast makes it clear on why they should be an increase in their pay. Apart from the difficult challenges they face as they perform their jobs, such as growing class size, low pay, time-consuming and politicians bashing teachers.

Apart from the challenging teaching is, the present teachers' pay is insufficient, that is the reason why many teachers in our country take a second job. For many of our teacher pay for their graduate school or ongoing professional training, on the other hand, over 92% of teachers buy supplies for their student from their pockets. Now over 60% of teachers are known to have engaged in things like dining with their children at the food banks, selling off their blood to makes a living. I thank that no teacher should even thank about that talk more about taking a step toward doing it because teachers have to pay for a student loan and also support their family with the little that was left. Teachers that motivate us should handled with respect. The critics that the budget of the public school is tiny, I have found that this is not true (Rothstein, J. 2015). According to a survey made Mckinsey and Company make that they mention that if their pay is raised proportionally to their classroom spending, the present teachers' pay would be nearly $120,000 per year. Knowing that the problem is not laying the budget itself, but the manner the budget is distributed. We need to apply to the government to increase the budget allocation for teachers.

From 2015 the situation has not changed, teachers are still getting underpaid when we compared to other profession and the amount of time they spend in work. Accounting to another study by Mckinsey and Company where they compared the lawyer to the teacher with the aim to illustrate the gap between them. They found that in the 1970s the difference in their pay of a lawyer that is working in a prominent law firm in the New York City with a teacher that receives $2000 payment. A great difference of the sum of $115,000 this has adjusted for inflation. It is to show that for the past 25years the paid for teacher has not changed. And there is a significant change in the challenges that teachers face as they teach, such as the change in the symbols, educational reform, and educational material. (Geuna & Piolatto, 2016). No one could think that his or her favorite's teacher is paid lower than a plumber?

To improving the teachers' pay sustainable, a high pay will lead to better education at all levels. Form a study by (OECD) found that schools that pay their teacher high get a return of high student performing. This show that the teacher performs in proportion to what they get paid. It shows that those schools that pay their teachers high are likely to get an increase in their student's performance (Yellen, J. L. 2016). Which is the ultimate goal for the educational system? The educational policy Analysis by Stanford Center found that an overall increase in their pay will attract qualified and better application toward the public school distribution, and also increase the overall quality of education in those areas. In the poorer areas paying teachers more will benefit that area. We need a good result from our educational system and to archives that the teachers' pay rise can make it possible.

Conclusion

The teachers in the USA need to be paid more due to the challenging job they do, due to their current pay is insufficient to cater for their need and that of their family. And we know that rise in their wage could lead to better and quality of education in our country as we thank about our children and our grandchildren educational feature which can only come through by the impact of our teachers. What will be the value of education if the in our country if the teaching profession lacks qualified candidates? Even if our children have the love to learn, and knowing that it is the poorly paid teacher are going to teach? Although when our teachers that are usually genuinely compensated, will our educational system flourish and our future generation get to enjoy learning that will be instilled in them by our great teachers.
