Since most people are interested in recreational activities and having fun together whenever they visit Tahunanui beach, nearly each and every individual would be somehow interested in knowing how best they can be in terms of surfing (In Groza, 2016) Coming up with a surfing school will bring a lot of positive benefits most so to the people who are fond of visiting the beach occasionally (Maylor, 2016). This is an idea that will give them a nice opportunity to carry out serious advancement in their surfing skills and what is more interesting is that situating the school near the beach will provide them with an easier time than when it was located at a place far away from the beach, this is simply because the services will be readily available and they will not need to travel long distances in order to be offered with the surfing training. In particular, I will discuss how situating the surfing school near the Tahunanui beach will influence the perception of different individuals thereby making them be interested in the surfing training services that will be offered by the school. Besides, the study will also focus on some of the important parameters that will contribute towards the school's reputation thus making it gain popularity among different individuals. Also, there is the need to be well versed with various types of information in order to come up with qualified decisions about what the whole business entails and all the procedures that need to be followed without making even a single assumption (Bryman, 2015).

Research Aims

This is a research that is concerned will a proper analysis of the whole process through the implementation of various methods that will be used during the collection of information, in other words it will focus on the topo performance of the surfing business right after carrying out the analysis process to determine whether it is something that is relevant or not as far as what the business owners are targeting are concerned.

Background

The entire study will be conducted in a group of six individuals that would be located around the beach area, before choosing the individuals, an appropriate analysis will be done pertaining how often they normally visit the beach for recreational activities (Hair, 2015). Three people who are found of coming to the beach on a daily basis after work will be chosen while the remaining three must not necessarily have to be coming to the beach on a daily basis. All the six individuals will be taken under some training which will be carried out by an expert who is well versed with the event and knows all the rules that should be followed for one to become an experienced surfer. The training will be conducted during morning hours and in the evening before the sunset. It will continue on a daily basis for one month. The aspiring owners of the business will then attend these training on a daily basis to see and experience what is going on thereby this will be able to provide them with an opportunity of knowing what to do after carrying out an analysis. Their primary focus will majorly revolve around the interest and passion that will be shown by the trainees. The way the trainees will be reacting to the services is a clear indication of how others are also likely to react when subjected to the same condition. Also, this training will not just involve the teaching of trainees on what to do and what to avoid, but also it will focus on the employer-employee relationship. The trainer will be required to perfectly relate will the trainees and be willing to help them whenever they needed help. This will make them that in deed they are valued, and the expert is concerned about them being experts in this area. All the training days will be maintained up to the last day since this will contribute towards coming up with appropriate analysis of what is needed to set up the business without any loss being experienced right after its implementation.

Scope

The aspiring owners of the business will be required to engage in participant observations that are expected to be carried out over a period of four weeks. This is something that will start as from will start from March 10th up to April 8th and is expected to be conducted within five hours per day. They will always be there to carry out their observations on the morning training, and the same thing should also be done in the evening. Also, they may come to the training venue at point period or day to conduct a perfect comparison where they will be expected to carry out the interview sessions with all the six trainees plus the trainer. The interviews will be done three times on a daily basis from the third week just before the end of the training session.

Theoretical Framework

The entire research will be guided by the interpretive perspective which normally places much focus when it comes to a perfect interpretation of different meaning and various perspectives of a certain group thereby leading to a reasonable condition on how all these meanings are negotiated under certain circumstances. The research will be therefore exploring the meaning of marketing finance staff and customers together with the meaning marketing, and finance staff can possess for the training school (Robson, 2016). Due to this, one of the most efficient methods to be used in the investigation of the topic of study is conducting a perfect observation as far as the conversations are concerned and also performing some interviews involving all those who participated in the whole process since this will ensure a reasonable analysis to which will help in understanding thee type of meaning that they were able to possess in their interaction. This is criteria that are designed to aim towards a perfect outcome which will be used to come up with a conclusion regarding whether to start the business or to avoid setting it up (Stranger, 2011).

• Coming up with an efficient survey pertaining a surfing business
• Conducting an efficient observation to the training session that mainly aims towards the reaction of all the trainees towards the services offered to them most so those reactions that show their interest towards the service and the ability to be experts in surfing.
• Interviewing all the members involved in the training session to come up with an advanced clarification pertaining the whole process. Moreover, these interviews will constitute of several questions that will be relevant to the topic of study and also to the experience received by the trainees (Saunders, 2011). They will be expected to talk about their points of view about the surfing training, the main aim of these questions is to critically analyze all the responses that are provided by the interviewee and be able to capture his or her point of view about the training process. 5. How do you view surfing as an activity?
6. Is it necessary to come up with different levels of surfing training that will involve various classes of people from children of a certain age to adults?

Work Plan

Limitations

Time constraints of the semester will not allow an appropriate time to carry out the required analysis to come up with a perfect solution regarding the business. By carrying out a one-time interview, there are still some loopholes that will not be revealed as far as the business is concerned, therefore if proper time is the only solution that can be used to identify and come up with proper solutions pertaining how to eradicate these issues. The lack of enough equipment to carry out an appropriate analysis tends to be another limitation that might hinder coming up with an efficient result during the analysis of the whole process.

Delimitations

In the entire research, there will be the need to observe the performance and reaction of the entire team to know their perspectives regarding the kind of service that is offered to them. Additionally, I will focus on the use of interviews to obtain firsthand information and come up with a proper analysis regarding the reaction of the trainees and how they view the surfing training right from the beginning up to the end.

Research Analysis

In conclusion, this research mainly focuses on a proper analysis of the entire surfing business which is to be set near the Tahunanui beach. Due to this, it has evaluated all the required parameters that need to be implemented within the business to ensure that there is a success and all losses are minimized as much as possible. On the other hand, it also has the potential of equipping various readers with the right knowledge on how to carry out a proper research analysis most so when having an intention of setting up any business within a given locality, this will, in turn, provide them with an opportunity to be aware of what is required to maintain a successful path throughout the entire business session (Msweli-Mbanga, 2011).

Conclusion

The outcome of this research after an advanced analysis will be able to determine whether there will be the need to set up the surfing school on the beach. And if yes, what will be the procedures that will be required in the setting up of the whole project. In other words, the research is concerned with scaling up the whole process with an intention of meeting a particular goal in life relating the success of the whole business and how it should be maintained at all time. It will also benefit the owners of the business towards coming up with reasonable decisions that will drive them towards the path of success right from the beginning (Zikmund, 2013). Thus, there is the need to keenly follow what has been discussed in the whole research and know all the don't and does that have been documented. All in all, ethics will be maintained in the entire process since this is the beginning of every result, to come up with an interesting conclusion, there is the need to implement ethical at all time and follow all the rules without crossing the boundaries of any individual while doing your research.
