Professional etiquette exists as an important area when it comes to business operations. The social behavior of a person mostly determines it. The social behavior will show whether professionalism and etiquette are guaranteed in the workplace or other formal environment. Social behavior, therefore, exists as an important part of business and life in general since it goes hand in hand with emotions and sets of interactions amongst individuals.

I have equally witnessed a case where someone's behavior affected one or more professional relationships. The person was an employee of an upcoming company though with little clients. His manner of talking displayed a strong sense of etiquette; he shook hands with everyone who visited his company and gave an ear to every client. All the company employees adopted the character through their interactions and that of their clients. Within a short time, many people started flocking to his company and growth became inevitable. Today, social behavior is key in his dealings and everyone who happens to work with him leave excellent comments.
