I am writing to express my sincere and heartfelt concern on the issue of hazardous working conditions that our employees have complained of late. We are aware that the health of all employees in our organization is the backbone for proper operations. I assure you that we buy the point that better instructions on the internal operations concerning OSHA is solemnly made to be in line with the benefit of the employees and the government at large. As a representative of the complaint inspections and complaints inquiry, I will ensure that the amended bills concerning OSHA are incorporated in the business for the benefit of the employees. Enforceability of OSHA in the organization will also be my top priority in the department of labor according to the provisions of the United States.

Since hexavalent chromium issue was identified earlier and that the organization had engaged into practice to prevent any harm to employees through the provision of protective gear, I will write to OSHA department to explain the steps done by the management. Additionally, I will write to the OSHA department in response to the issue by outlining my understanding of the willful practices that an organization can engage in and assume the safety of the employees. As the senior management official, I will describe to the OSHA principles that our organization is conversant with the provisions of OSHA rules and Acts concerning the safety of the employees.

As the EHS of the facility, I will assure OSHA officials that our facility is in the long run to provide extensive safety gear for all employees who are assigned dangerous tasks. I will also outline the ways that our facility engages in approaches that portray that it is aware of the criteria of finding the distinguishing features between complaint inspection and complaint inquiries. Therefore, I will assure the OSHA officials that I will speculate on serious violations, willful violations and the intentional disregard of the OSHA required processes. The inspection will be directed to complain inquiries section which will pave the way for outsourcing the incidences that portray that the organization is intentionally violating the rights of the employees by engaging in dangerous and willful violations.

According to the complaints given by the workers of the organization, it is evident that the organization acts in a way demonstrating that they disregard the requirements for ensuring that employees are protected from health hazards. There are complaints that employees are forced to work with hexavalent chromium which is harmful to human health. As a chosen person to solve the complaint, I will speculate the possibility of the organization to have engaged in willful violations by carrying out an intentional disregard violations inspection and plain indifference violations inspection. An example that is the most appropriate for the investigation of indifference violations is the case study whereby an employer intentionally sends employees in excavating hazardous atmosphere without any external protection. An inquiry, if the breach is deliberately set up for malicious purposes, is necessary for the case of the employees who complain about the organization subjecting them to unhealthy working conditions. In most cases, intentional disregard violations are mostly committed when an employer is aware of the requirements of OSHA but they avoids to abate the hazard. Therefore, the case of the employees will be studied concerning the consent of the employer concerning hexavalent chromium and the unhealthy implications concerning the working condition.

Also, an analysis of the avoidance of the right connection is viable for the case study. The organization's management will be speculated to analyze if they had prior knowledge concerning state or local law concerning the effects and preventive measures concerning hexavalent chromium. An awareness of the condition by the management proves that the immoral act is intentional. Therefore, the analysis of the employees being allowed to work in a compromising environment will be speculated to determine the extent of the violation. A review of the possibility that the employer was notified of the issue on violation of OSHA rules should be done to have the basis for solving the problem with an iron rod.

The issue in the case study is a complaint inspection since it is an issue that has been observed and affected the employees. Therefore, an immediate inquiry into the matter should be guaranteed since the safety standards of employees should not be avoided. Voluntary employer self-audits might violate the safety of employees. Therefore, an analysis of the business owner's practice concerning willful practices should be studied to protect the employees from the unprecedented problems.

Therefore, I will write to the OSHA officials confirming that my organization will come up with directives for the department to be carried through the necessary training approaches concerning the safety of the employees in the organization. Since the issue is now known, an analysis of how well the employees need to be provided with gloves, aprons, and boots will be an issue to be studied concerning OSHA rules. As a manager, I will speculate on the possibilities of the organization engaging in willful practices that subject the employees to hazardous organizational practices.

Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,

[Name]
