The main point in the article "Judicial Expansion of the Public Trust Doctrine" by Oehme looks on the Judicial concerns that can be used to expand Florida's Beaches. According to the article, Florida has 1200 - mile coastline whereby 75% of the population resides in counties bordering the oceans, and according to estimation, 82% of the population growth will be in the coastal areas (Oehme, 2018). According to the article, this can be the main issue because Florida has not established the right of public access to beaches. As a result, the report proposes that it is to submit to the court of Florida to follow Jersey in transforming the ancient federal doctrine into a dynamic judicial tool for expanding the access of beaches.

In the article "Shoreline change in response to sea-level rise on Florida's west coast." By Houston analyzes historical shoreline change on the East of Florida and southwest coasts irrespectively. According to the article, the effect of rising in sea-level on shoreline change is a significant issue for Florida coasts. The report argues that from the 1800s to recently, 2015, the shoreline positions were measured for each Florida west coast country (Houston, 2017). The article explains that the sea level keeps on increasing according to the measurements that are taken every 6 minutes. Therefore, the report focusses on the history of Florida's Sea level rise.

How the Articles Relate to My Research Proposal

In my research proposal, there is a topic "how human behavior and interaction would be Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Beach.". Similarly, the articles have a problem. For instance, the report by "Judicial Expansion of the Public Trust Doctrine" by Oehme, the subject of the article is "Judicial expansion of the public trust doctrine: Creating A right of Public Access to Florida's Beaches." In both, the topic substantiates and support the thesis statement and unifies the content of paragraph along with directing sentences. The theme plays a significant role in both my research proposal and the articles since it makes the thesis statement clear and, as a result, helping the authors to organize the content and generate unity in each of the paragraphs.

My research proposal tries to convince the reader that I have a valuable research project and capability of a work plan to accomplish it. It contains all the main elements complicated in the study and includes adequate data on Florida Beach. Similarly, the articles also have accurate information about Florida's beaches with all the main features that are involved in the main content.

Both the research proposal and the article use critical thinking to evaluate the topic on multiple levels, employing skills such as analysis, reflection, and comparison. They both incorporate the process in different ways. However, they use the same process and concludes. Importantly, the organization of the article is similar to the organization in the research proposal and states the main idea at the end of the conclusion that summarizes the critical role of both papers.

The Particular Methodologies Used by the Authors to Answer the Question(S)

Qualitative research. The method of methodology was carried out to clearly understand the meaning, look at, describe and understand experience ideas, values, beliefs, and intangibles such as the topic of the study that would benefit from qualitative research. The qualitative methods used in the study of Florida beaches, research proposal, and the articles include:

Questionnaires. The methodology provided an easy way of collecting information from people. The questions articulated what the researcher wanted to know about the intentions and perspectives of those involved in social interactions. Through this, the author's ensured that all problems are evident and had that there was a reliable way of collecting and managing the data.

Mixed methods. The authors finally combined a qualitative and quantitative research in this case several measures that included both contextual such as interviews or observations as well as facts of statists. This played a significant role since the authors were able to investigate a topic of Florida beaches which have multiple levels, and gains different views and comprehensive look at the subject. The quantitative methods are more objective than qualitative methods and therefore, in articles, the researchers crafted hypothesis and tests through structured mean.
