Introduction
Most of the organizations of the present day are using nature sustainability in the measure of their interface in development and weigh the level of success for their businesses. In this case, there are three authors of sustainability whose works explain and express how all of them would have viewed the viewpoint of Ray Anderson on sustainability logic in business.
In the TED talk, the speaker gives several interpretations of the sustainability logic and how it has to work in business. He points out several human factors that would affect business sustainability a number of them are climate change, personal affluence and change in population whether increase or decrease among other such factors. In this TED talk, the speaker as the first author continues to say that all the natural factors affecting the business sustainability are so much dependent to each other in their contribution or effect on business whether these effects are negative or positive(Anderson, 2019). He induces formulas that back up this sustainability logic where the method involves the variables like population, affluence, change in technology and environmental impact. According to the TED talk, the speaker supports the viewpoint of Anderson Ray that a balance of all the factors from the traditional takes, makes, and wastes will lead to an increase of the total sales of the products produced by an organization without so much pressure, and this is as proved by the expert CEO Ray Anderson in his business.
The second author talks about the environmental and or natural factors like global warming and how it affects the business process and in turn an increase in the total profit margins. What happens with most businesses today is that the business managers only lack well-structured methods to deal with the natural factors and that is the reason as to why the physical factors like global warming get to affect the business productivity negatively most of the times(Steffen, Crutzen & McNeill, 2007). For the achievement of a great billing and profitability for the business, the business managers need to be aware of precisely what they need to consider and incorporate in their business in such a way that they will come out with the best productivity. So this author still upholds that the sustainability logic as proposed and tested by Ray Anderson would be of great importance to the business that wants the best returns.
The third author who talks about green products and exclusive green products in a business set up to some extent agrees with and supports the sustainability logic of Ray Anderson. This author despite the fact that he supports sustainability models argues that there are other important considerations that the business managers need to have if they are to incorporate the sustainability logic in their business structures and make it work to have the most significant deals of profits and manage their billings in an effective manner(Green & Ryans, 1990). According to the author, it would be of great use to consider not only the pure green products within those particular organizations but instead make more considerations on the outcomes of the other organizations out there. This is important for a well-planned and managed competition since everything about the net green products of each of the competing firms. This author to some extent supports this sustainability logic of Ray Anderson and on the other hand, tends to challenge it in a way.
