Introduction

The race has been a contributing factor to most of the factors affecting how the government deals with color people. Today, several African-American remains situated in the lowest prospect communities for upward mobility. The above fact reflects both unintended as well as intended U.S policy consequences that have shaped the locations where people live along with the opportunities the individuals have in those communities. 'From a feminist perspective, two of the most damaging consequences of this selective blindness are the denials that Black women are raped and that all women are subject to pervasive and harmful sexual coercion of all kinds (Wriggins, 1983).' The discussed fact has led to white women raped by Black men.

Conjecture

The race brings about several effects on government. This section discusses the facts concerning race as well as its effects and what happened during this era. 'The most common justification for lynching was the claim that a Black man had raped a white woman. The thought of this particular crime aroused in many white people an extremely high level of mania and panic (Wriggins, 1983).'

The common this that happened here is that the rape issues increased in the society, and the most victim we white women who were being raped by the black me. This led to several issues, and the government introduced various ways to handle the issue. Several whites accepted mobbing as the suitable Black man punishment defendants for raping white women. Rape is an issue since it is regarded as the exploitation, as well as lack of gender respect. The issue began during the period of slavery when rules were imposed to govern and protect every gender. 'White women raped by white men faced traditional common-law barriers that protected most rapists from prosecution. Allegations of rape involving Black offenders and white victims were treated with heightened virulence (Wriggins, 1983).' The second world war contributed to race and rape issues due to discrimination. During this period, some of the rules changed and made black people react in anger. The law amendment can only change the issue.

Definition

The definition part describes the nature of the race issue. Many factors are affecting the nature of how governments deal with people exist in various forms. Some can be acted upon, and changes are seen immediately, while others require critical thinking from professionals. Some issues have been a bother to the U.S government and should be acted upon to avoid future negative effects.

Racial bias seems to lead in assessors in stranger rape trials to convict Black men more rapidly, along with sentencing them more harshly as compared to white defendants. It was conjectured that assessors in a rape case acquaintance would demonstrate a unique bias pattern grounded not only on the defendant race but also in the defendant-victim relationship racial nature. Perhaps more than any other crime, the historical use of the death penalty for rape demonstrates the racially discriminatory nature of capital punishment in the United States and its overtly racist underpinnings as an outgrowth of slavery and lynching (Kleck, 1981)." The exact problem in this issue is the when Black people are involved in rape case with White women their case is treated harshly, but when it is between a White man and White woman, traditional rules are imposed instead. Race and rape issue are an ethnicity problem, and U.S government believe in being radical in this matter. Human rape can fall under ethnicity challenge. The issue falls under work along with recreational areas, and the relationship between them is the working environment.

Quality

The quality part is used to measure the views from different arguments. Many researchers, as well as the society as a whole view different issues in various dimensions and they, have different views regarding the same. Some may be against the issue while others are for it. The issue concerning race and rape is not a good thing since it exposes an individual to various negative outcomes. Any person who is involved in the rape act is always faced with the consequences, and one can be jailed or be killed by the mob. 'Well past the first third of the twentieth century, courts were often coerced by violent mobs, which threatened to execute the defendant themselves unless the court convicted him (Kleck, 1981).' The person who is most likely to be affected is the man involved in the raping act. If there is nothing that is done in search as the case, many women will be exploited, and they will have no rights. The government is spending a lot of money and time to see every woman is protected.

Policy

Under the policy, it involves what can be done to ensure this problem is terminated completely. 'Allegations of rape involving Black offenders and white victims were treated with heightened virulence (Picart, 2012).' In search cases, actions should be taken to ensure respect is valued in the society. The government and the society as a whole should play a role in helping to terminate this issue. It is good to impose punishment as well as fee charges to compensate the woman. 'In addition, courts applied special doctrinal rules to Black defendants accused of the rape or attempted rape of white women. One such rule allowed juries to consider the race of the defendant and victim in drawing factual conclusions as to the defendant's intent in attempted rape cases (Picart, 2012).' To address the issue, seriousness should be seen from society and the government, and this will make people respect each other.
